Not about logic or realism, despite the fact that there are viruses that if they mutated could cause dayz style apocalypse. Dual wielding is simply impractical. It makes aiming much more difficult or down right impossible for most, and it makes reloading 5 times longer, put one guy away reload other, than put the reloaded away and reload the empty one.

Oh please, I have jumped from second floor countless times and never broke anything, fell from a tree no more than 3 metres above the ground and I was unable to breathe for a solid minute ended up in hospital. Scratch that, I'd rather jump from from even 3rd floor and land on my feet any number of times than land from first on my back or chest. You're legs have a femur, the strongest bone on your body, and they are supported by strong leg muscles and tendons. While you're ribs are rather fragile. Not to mention that I would prefer not to land on my spine. Whether you break legs depends on two things : How strong are your bones are, if you spend entire life physically active you have strong bones and thus are less likely to break them, on the other hand a nerd who spends entire day in front of PC has bones like dry sticks. How you fall, which depends on technique and terrain, jumping on a flat surface is always safer.

Or we simply make it problematic to hopp. Either a longer wait timer or after you change server more than 2 times in a hour you get a message saying you cannon join a server for next hour because you used up your server change limit. Obviously the system will need to recognize why you left the server, and if it wasn't by choice (kick, server restart etc.) you do not get any penalty.

Not so great once there are large numbers of zeds, no more logging out in towns.

Primarily is that you force a lot of things on players. I do not understand why are you so obsessed with forcing people to do things. F*ck playing with the same people over and over again, boring, brings nothing new to the game, especially in game like dayz if I know people on the server I know what to expect from them, and that alone hurts dayz. It takes away all the excitement of meeting new players. Same reason why they refuse to add those stupid bandit hero skins, so you never know who are you dealing with. Do you guys even read your ideas ? Force people to play on one server ? Spawn them kilometre away from where they logged off ? It's like going with a rocket launcher after a fly. Just add long wait timers for those who excessively swap servers and stop trying to ruin the game for normal players.

Yes for 1 and 3 But there is no need to make people wait more than 30 seconds after they die. Especially in alpha where the most deadly things are stairs and ladders.

Quit server hopping hose and you won't be seeing that screen all that often. That and leave your character in a safe place.

There is not enough ammo in the game, all the 30 mags are from one base. And those two SKS mags with over 51 thousands bullets in them.
