It never was survival game, unless you refused to pick up some loot. :(

Can you tell us if devs are working on new cars? We saw motor bike and bicycle. I miss all those crapy, slow and ugly cars from mod.

We need new weapon and vehicle every month. Or even more often. They made foundations for everything and it should be just different skin and textures. I wouldn't mind if get Lada Riva or Samara with identical handling like Volga. Or UAZ that handles like Niva. Or new pistol, or new assault rifle. I love having lots variety of items in game. Best thing would be if we have all players with different clothing and gear on server. Would be cool if there is one or two of one unique item on server.

Are infected in SA attracted by flares, flashbangs or smoke grenades? I always used smokes in mod.

Yes. I didnt play it because of turned off zombies. I think .55 or which ever it was (first try of new loot spawn system - lootsposions in outhouse toilets) was last update with lack of food on coast. And there was one experimental build with no loot up to one km from coast. Then was last time I starved. -

I think maybe there is not too much loot. Sometimes I found only few useful items in one village. Problem is we don't have to work hard for gear. Last time I died to either zombies or elements was more than year ago. It was frustrating, I found matches and just as I was about to light fire I died. I wasn't hungry/starving since 0.40something. Zombies are even worse, now that we have them they are weak and slow. They used to break our bones, ruin our gear - now they barely make you bleed. I know pushing new items is easiest thing to do, but some things should be worked harder on. Year ago devs promised to bring back Z in dayz. We got zzzzz instead. -

Rifle is M16 M203, and I think it was not so rare. Picture is from dayz mod, and all survivors started in clothes like that (only variations in colours). That vest looks like plate carrier we have now. I'll try to recreate that skin, now that we have white sweaters.

I don't like the idea of master zombies. Maybe if there is just increasing numbers along with game time. Maybe other team should be different faction, cannibals or something else. I really hate decision that there won't be AI in game. Maybe some kind of bounty hunters or quarantine teams could hurry players to get of the map. -
I dont like the heli crashsite system and think it's flawed

In dayz mod zombies spawned with crash site. And they were military zombies with armour and helmets. And sometimes 5.56mm to the head didn't kill them. We need that in SA! Crash sites had best weapons, NVGs, and GPS. Even crash sites without other players around were dangerous -
Tell them we want 100 times more infected than we have now. :)

I'd say they have same ballistics. I don't think devs went too deep with that in alpha. Why is it in game? It's because they wanted to water down loot table. If there is more "junk" items devs can make loot spawns less repeating. Just like we had junk items in mod: soda cans, toilet paper, razors... -

It will use optics with picantilly rails. Now its ACOG and those red-dots. And maybe if they something new. I think it wont be as good as SVD or Winchester, but not far from them.

Back in mod days my friend hid his tents in rocky area next to dirt road that leads from Berezino to NEAF. Since NEAF is not interesting at all until helicopter parts, that could be good location. There is lots of rocks north from Svetlo, hiding tent behind rock is better than in trees.

Then I can add: 086-104 - two (or maybe more) hinds on pond with small dam. And white chicken on that same road in direction to Electro. Both just few days ago on stable.

Well, if you are lone wolf, you have to be wolf then. Either find hidden vehicles in their camps or make ambush for clan in vehicles. There is 1,5 second animation for entering, exiting vehicles and there is chance to eliminate them with SVD and land mines.

Question regarding reloading system

Arma 3 and dayz have different reloading systems. In Arma there are only magazines or clips. You can't reload them and they stay on you even if there is two rounds left in them. Once you empty them, they don't go back to inventory. In dayz you have separate rounds and magazines. You can load and empty magazines, you can have rounds in boxes or lose rounds. You also have weapons with internal magazine so you load lose rounds directly to weapon. In short, there is no 123/300 ammo like in CoD. If you don't have magazine you can't use AKM.
