I shot PAP once, but with blanks. My platoon was hastly gathered to be makeshift hnor guard on some veteran`s funeral. Rifles were preserved in storage (not sure if corect term) and we spent half of day cleaning oil for 15 seconds of shooting.

Next topic should be on OT-14 Groza. That thing is awesome. And lot to discuss with its modularity.

Am I wrong or this rifle will be the same as Winchester 70 except for detachable magazines? I doubt it will use new type of ammo. Anyway, Id rather have weapons like that than SAW.

These map changes will bring back NEAF era emptiness of the west.

I dont think there will be much weapons on tents in the east, maybe Gorka and Ttsk jackets and pants, maybe vests and atachments. What I like more are lots of crashed cars on checkpoints, especially in Kamenka and west from Lopatino, because they spawn good loot and less anoying than to loot same empty houses over and over again. I just hope more parts will spawn in/on wrecked cars in future. -
This killed me yesterday. It was intense, zeds growling outside, and blood/health droping faster then fuel gage in my car. I respawned really close but I couldnt find my dead body. Does it desapear now?

First Arma broke our Exile server, then experimental update broke all servers. What a crappy weekend this turned out to be. Who ever brought servers back to life, I'll buy him Staropramen.

I found more cans of food then chickens. I only once saw 3 deers but I didnt have nothing too shoot them. Will vehicles be back in .61 at all? Not sure if completly removed or until desync is solved.

There are still a lot of casual players out there. I would use in game map if it works, but walkie talkie is just too much hustle for now. Id use them to comunicate other players before entering area or in RP servers.

Does anyone else thinks Scorpion should be held like pistol and have one handed running animations? It's pistol in Arma 2/3.

That is what experimentl is all about. I hate when KoS pricks come to experimental and camp NWAF or kill people next to camp fire. I wish devs could make one or two whitelisted servers for dedicated forum crew.

Fun days in DayZ are over. No more street salesman and weding parties. No more chating in middle of the street. DayZ is finally going where it should heve been from the start. Every mistake will be punished eizther by zeds or wolves.

We will soon have moaning: "I cant find anybody for PVP, coast is empty, NWAF is empty, Mishkino is empty kmeeeeeeeeee, game sucks, kmeeeeeee, not fun kmeeeeeee" I like how these changes will slow down game and move towards "campaign" type of gameplay. People wont spawn and run to Mishkino for PVP 3 or 4 times in one evening. If all these new camps would be filled with zombies, or well hidden in woods (like somer camps where no one goes), it will take you few days to travel across entire map and get really good military gear. Edit: Id also like to see more abandoned equipment in new camps, like: rusty tanks, trucks (other then old Arma 2 model), crashed helis (maybe new model for soviet crash site and spread old Mi-8 as stationary). -
Ugh, since 0.60 I'm now in 20+ every where and better in towns then in the open. On down side, I can't play on laptop any more. (Maybe I still need to mess with settings).

There was civil war in Chernarus before infection. Even Russia and USA were involved. Abandoned equipment would rust and decay by now. I think story line of Arma 2 is placed in 2010. In one dayz submod road between Cherno and Balota was paacked with abandoned cars in front of road block and it looked great in combination with ground fog. -

I copy/pasted title from reddit. Im just too lazy. Thing is, we wont be able to get best military loot on tw locations. We will be frced to visit 5 or more locations to complete full gorka/ACOG M4/silenced FNX. -
Cant wait to see what will updated NWAF look like. I really is out of date. Id like to see more wrecked military vehicles around map. Maybe they can borow some from Arma 3 team.

I d like to see more loot on zombies, so we risk more to get more. Maybe even magazine or even a pistol on military zombies

They are ptetty short-sighted during day as well. I passed them crouched some 20m or less during day. during night they dont see me from 5m or less when proned and 10m when crouched.

- Unique character soft skills that can be learned by books - by books AND by repeating action more then two times -Lot of craftable items - yes, much more than now. And with improvised repairs for weapons vehicles -Realistic basebuilding (some thing would be only buildable by large groups) - fortress in Origins mod is awesome, imagine having to cut down every tree (or logs that are by the road or at saw mill) and load one at the time in V3S, then unload every log and place one log at the time (needs 2 or 3 players to place one log) - Permadeath (a really long/or permanent respawn timer for individual servers) - more then two hours would kill the will to play (if you fall and die or something like that) -
Sporter is much lauder then before.
