How detailed and "realistic" will base building be? Will we be forced to harvest one log at the time and carry it? Will we be able to find building materials at saw mills and construction sites? Few years ago you you mentioned towing (trailers for cars), is that still in plans?

What ever you do it will never be enough. Especially now when we didn't get update in months. It's not because we hate you devs, it's because this game is so addictive. And even smallest change or smallest new item can change the way game is played. Remember time before cutting sticks for splints?? What ever news you give us is not too much. -

Most of this stuff is cool, but if you would remove Epoch stuff, crafting vehicles, alchemy, care packages... that would be interesting server. I always liked extra mods, but not ones that make life easier. -

Bla bla bla.... How can one be patient when there wasnt real update for five months now? I played 969 hours, not minute since mid january. If .60 doest bring other stuff beside new render I`ll delete dayz. -

Dayz was never hard or difficult. There were some extreme experimental udates but that was only for testing. To make dayz hard, we need more than one thing. It should be combination of scarcity of food/warm clothes, weather, infections of all kind and offcourse good and unforgiving zombies. If you leave one or two things out its just not hard to survive any more. Unless devs gave up on survival and switched to sanbox only. -
I was digging trough old dayz mod screen shots, remembering days when my friends wanted to play dayz with me. Character is from mod, picture was taken with 2 megapixels phone camera. Area totally looks like Chernarus. I really wish they hury up and give us at least half playable experimental soon.

I always want to build my character with civilian gear. But it's harder to find P1 or 1911 mags then Glock or CR75 mags. And I carry so much shit and eventually end up with Gorka jacket. We need some kind of civilian vest, no armour value but warming and few pockets.

After death, player should turn into corpse that you cant move. And maybe scatered some of your gear around. What really bothers me is that animals and players just vanish after you gut them. And I miss flies buzzing sound!

off topic: there are much things anounced in status reports and trello that we never saw in game. Those things are on "stand by" and waiting for implementation of "new" engine. Is 0.60 that triger that will release all those things in game? Will updates be more frequent again? I mean, you have core mechanics for weapons, vehicles, AI. Are you at that point in development when you just change visual/art part of features/items? Example: we have Volga Sedan and V3S, just change aperance and you have Lada sedan and Ural truck that handle same and use same parts but externaly look different. Or if you have M4A1, can we get M16 that has 60% same parts and same animations. These are things we still dont know. And were never mentioned. -

Thats cool, but Chernarus+ is filled with camps and urban areas. What we need is dynamic events. Like crashed planes, crashed trains, something big. And maybe crashed C-130 hidden somewhere in woods that we can use as shelter. -

Hicks stated that tents will last 45 days. Just enough before next update comes. 45 days turned into 4 months. I think they didnt think that it could take THAT long either.

Im so sad when I look at what this game looks like. It looks more like Second life. People talk in the middle of the street for half hour without fear. No one cares if he dies, they just go to low pop server and gear up in half hour. Food, clothes, weapons everywhere. Always sunny in Chernarus... Im very close to giving up on this game, the game I folow dailly since january 2014. Did I mentioned there are almost no zombies/infected? All the things that are supose to give PvE elements to game are either useles or not working. This could be only real survival multiplayer game on market, but I think devs took another road. I think they are pleasing all popular streamers and youtubers. -
He should struggle until he dies! Like a real survivor! :)

Sound is awesome in latest Arma 3 update. When you are in city suburbs but there is gufight in city you hear eco of gunshots. I survived real war and I can tell you its 95% realistic.

Zombie / infected characteristics and cpabilities

I played on Exile server with that script. You kill zombie and when you get to loot him he explodes in your face. Annoying but makes you stay concentrated entire time. -
