  1. Experimental (with vehicles) is out for over a week or so. Id like to know what fellow survivors think of new vehicles. How do you like looks of them. How do you like required parts? I personally like new cars, I see Lada Niva every day at least one. They are cheap robust and capable off-road cars used by hunters, foresters and everyone that has to drive off roads. GAZ Volga was most luxurius Soviet car. There are also leaked pics of Škoda 1203 van known from mod. I like how cars look, how many parts they have. I especially like the fact that they now have different wheels (compared to mod where same wheel did fit on ATV and URAL truck). My only complain is size of new cars. I think they should be bigger compared to our carachter, at least 25-30%. This is not topic about vehicle handling, that will change in next updates. Remember V3S that lounched in orbit and things like that.

    I started this topic only to disscus visual apearence of new vehicles. I knew that handling will be bugged for maybe even next two updates. Still, there are different opinions on vehicle performance all over the forum. Im looking forward to new cars, Im hoping for at least 3 or 4 new models before release (pick-up, blue van from Arma2, maybe Lada sedan or "old hatchback" also from Arma2)

    Dont even try hiting moving target past 300-350m, bullet travels so log you will have to aim way ahead of target.

    Most powerfull round on 100-200m distances. Not for long range sniping. Exelent for ambush in urban areas. It should be able to penetrate any vehicles doors (IRL penetrates most of armoured vests).

    I love when they wipe the hive. Creating new character is best part of the game for me. This stable build is up for two-three months old, I think people had enough fun with their mega camps.

    I enjoyed the most 0.42 or something update with endless zombie respawning. Ammo was plenty and zeds kept coming all day long.

    I think it should be difficult to fix the car. But car parts should spawn in different type of buildings, like big industrial buildings and those red brick garages and smaller parts in those smaller garages that are everywhere in bigger towns. That way it would be more dangerous to find parts. Finding wheels in garden sheds in kinda dumb to me.

    Will there be more upgrades for zombies in this update? Like appearance or movement or behaviour? They're still kinda stiff and tend to go in the same spot in front of player. How about increasing spawn rate of pistol magazines? There are more SMGs out there than P1 magazines.

    Its posible. I think you should use PSO-1 scope for SVD and practice a lot. Also, you could hit only standing targets, bullets travel way too long. VSS is designed for short distances, that is why its silenced and uses sub sonic ammo.

    Yes I know, that is why I wrote: "If devs make it right". Or, you can make few improvised supressors, they can make 7-8 shots. And if you are really stealthy and score headshots every time, it can be cheap way to loot towns. I miss old mod days with supressed M4 or G36

    Trumphet and Sporter rifles will be very usefull weapons. If devs make things right, infected/zombies shouldnt hear shots from farther that 50 meters. So if you are not PvP Rambo type of player, that is how looting in big cities will look like....I hope

    @Hicks-206: "differing light levels between interiors and exteriors" ? Is this working? If yes, can you give us sneak/peak at that? Players hiding in buildings will have advantage.

    That helicopter has no doors. That means you can kill pilot with Deringer and couse heli to crash.

    Even better if only tail rotor is destroyed and you strugle in agony to land it.
