There is many people on my server that also have this problem, and at the moment there is not much to do about it. But from what I got to know from provider is that this is one of the issues that will be fixed next patch. Dean hall writes this on Twitter: Big performance bug discovered that sometimes affected servers, creating rubber-banding and other bugs. But do not forget: the game is in alpha, and will not be beta untill the end of 2014. There will be bugs.
