Don't matter for me, only thing I use the crosshair for is the hatchet. Otherwise it's 1st person gunfights.

I have 95 FOV set manually, and I just hold the right mouse button and it zooms in when I use the sights. Regards, 10Lives

I use first person during combat, but to run for 15 minutes in first person is kind of boring, I tend to like to be in third person when out in the wilderness.

Sent in my application, you guys sound awesome. I'm going to see if that server is a private hive - if it is, I have to get supplied. If not, I have no idea when the last time I played on a public hive.

I don't know anyone dumb enough to trade an L85 for an FAL. You'd have to offer some other valuable items.

So I have the latest beta version and latest dayz version at the moment, and I'm trying to connect to US 9/10 Chicago and they appear with a red x when I type their name. But with DayZ Commander and Six Launcher I STILL cannot see the server, doesn't show it on the list at all. This is the second time that this has happened. The first time was a server S6! used to play on, I played with them for a few days. Now this time I'm a member of the Walking Militia and I cannot join the servers we play on. TL;DR - Some servers showing red x's ingame and not showing up on DayZ Commander/Six Launcher when I have same beta version and DayZ version. Hope someone knows a fix, I would like to play with friends again, thanks in advance. -10Lives

I have, but I still can not connect to it like that, it will give me some bullsh** version missmatch. I have the newest update for the beta, and 1.7.1.5 and so does the server. Other servers with 1715 and newest beta don't give me such errors. But thanks for posting, I appreciate your help.

Lower the channel audio quality to around 7 or less. Any less and you cannot understand what the next person is saying.

Well you should be able to have normal ammunition be fired from a gun with a suppressor.

For some reason I get 100% packet loss from your server when I use the "ping" command while using cmd.exe, I also tried this on a neighbor's internet. I reinstalled DayZ and I am using the current beta version on a current beta server. Story: We were looting in NW airfield when a guy spawned in the barracks behind us when me and another squad mate got shot down. I respawned in Elektro and ran to the supermarket to grab a map. I am now located across the street from the supermarket and every time I spawn, my game crashes. I cannot access the escape menu to respawn fast enough to avoid the glitch. Nope, just a (bunch of?) pissed off hacker(s) that got banned and now they think it's fun to DDoS the community, they are just retarded (IQ less than 60) and googled their way DDoS the main server. This should be fixed in 24 hours MAX.

It's the beta patch, it has made the game worse IMO. Lowered FPS and something wrong with BattlEye

It's the beta patch, just hang outside the game until there's a fix. Unless you want to lag-shoot zombies and other players

Are you sure you're clicking respawn and not abort to find another server?
