Losing all your stuff upon dying!!!!! I don't want to invest hours just to lose it to some jerk or clan members trolling a server. That is the biggest fault and issue with this game. I dont want to lose all my shit... !!!! Here me ... Fix that.. I don't want vehicles or anything... that is all pointless if we spend hours getting it just to lose it... Because of that I haven't played in a while. Though I am interested in the concept and idea. This kills it for me.. Why invest time into something that you cant show anything for, or can be all taken away in a second.

I think when you die, you should only lose 1 or 2 items of their choice... not everything..

Putting the item in your hand, and pushing the 'trade' button could have the item ( in hand ) appear in the other persons 'Vicinity'

I think a one minute timer is enough. If your sniping from 800m, your a coward and shouldn't get the gear. But nice shot though.... i guess
