I've just started playing Standalone again and it's great to see all the new items and buildings which weren't there previously. After reading about this update I'm excited to see the development progressing!

I would also like to know the answer to this.

I was under the impression that the host would deny a connection to the client due to version mismatch. Is that not the case in DayZ: SA?
