No? I'm questioning why you had a character for one month but he only had a 10 round clip. I didn't realize having 10 round clips was a "way of playing".

Here's a little hint- Go North. Don't worry about military grade equipment yet. I've killed 15+ military bandits with my sks and 2 with my magnum. If you're really looking for military gear go to the bases north of Kamenka.
