I don't know if Restart works but there is the Respawn button that you can press.

It's entirely possible that it multiplies per player nearby, which would equal out a balance but I have no idea how the system works. Clients locally usually handle the AI but I don't think so unless you're on a server extremely far away.

Crouch walk alot (Hold shift) around and if absolutely necessary begin to crawl, but keep your distance because they just might see you anyways.

I have never seen meat go bad, but that would be an interesting feature. If you 'magically' lose items consider a rollback from the DB or you swam into water.

4. I've heard it is 20m, I also heard it is adjustable. 4b. Judging from videos? Yes 4c. I am not sure, but it would be neat. 4d. Direct Comm. But currently until Arma II patches with a new patch, we can't use it. Theres a beta patch that makes it work temporarily though.

Yes, I can't wait to actually start using this to my advantage in hopes that I can communicate to people better. First time I played I ended up trying to talk to a survivor that passed me by saying into my mic "Freeze!" and he just kept on walking ignoring me entirely. In the end, I got sniped by a bandit following him.

Do non-PK servers exist?

I wouldn't know but all I know is that PvP is going to stay in the game as stated by Rocket, but some servers might support a non-pvp effort in which may interest alot of players to go and obtain loot from there and go to another server. ... I'm starting to see why we don't have a toggleable PvP option or servers like these. -

Then while you may not be able to connect properly to any server it may be a fault on your end as a Firewall or Anti-Virus may be blocking you. -
I consider myself both! If I see a bug I'll end up asking it around or reporting it, otherwise I'm enjoying the game as it is even if it may be buggy all together, but I won't exactly complain or be disrespectful against it's flaws because I can understand it is under development and I am okay with whatever may happen to my character/experience because they expect feedback on improving the game so other people in the future may like it and not have to have a bad experience and prevention of playing the game.

This isn't a bad idea either. I use to play alot of No More Room in Hell and one of the items being there was the Walkie Talkie, which gained us the ability to talk to whoever had a walkie talkie on them, if we can use this along with Direct Comm with say... Different 'channels' for the radio then it wouldn't be a bad suggestion at all.

Generally Direct Comm is broken until the next patch coming into Arma II, but with Teamspeak it may be easier to manage and have higher quality along with a built-in overlay to support it too. But everyone is entitled to their own opinion and things so if teamspeak isn't for them? They don't have to use it.

Title. As of right now main users have the 'Survivor' rank underneath them with a nice looking little image that goes with it, but what I suggest we do is have the option to select between two titles/graphic: Bandit. Survivor. Just for fun.

'teleportation' is not available for Administrators, if you were instantly teleported then it may as well of been a hacker doing it or a glitch. Reconnect to the server immediately. The only thing admins can usually do is: Kick, Ban, Restart or shut down the server, edit configuration files. About it from what I can tell.

I suggest finding their threads on this forum and seeing if they have their own VOIP Server, maybe the people in their VOIP server can help you out?
