You never know, but I'm sure the developers might look into why servers get passworded. Which servers are they? Who is in them? -
Use a map and start to recognize the road signs, making your way to the same city. Or just be lazy and keep hitting "respawn" until you're both in the same city.

Here is what I do: If I want to put a primary into my backpack, I count the remaining free slots and always make sure I have 10 Free slots for a primary. And that I have 8 Slots for a secondary -

Just download all of the DayZ files. You don't have to download the changelog, take all the DayZ .rar files and unzip them into your @DayZ/Addons. Make sure you check the installation guide! (Ignore Installer and Old) -

That mirror to the DayZ files isn't probably up to date, or may be illegal if necessary. DayZ files go into @DayZ/Addons Please make sure you download the official update! -

Field hospital, not hospital building Sir. The balota one doesn't ever spawn anything but I know of the city hospitals. -

As far as I know the only 'true' flare gun is the M16A2 M203 which can take flares and shoot them, but an actual flare gun that takes up your secondary would be cool.

Blood bags can be found inside of the hospitals in cities usually. -

Not really, when you move around within the next 5+ minutes your humanity goes back up.

Swimming in water usually removes your items, it has been warned before and I believe this a Arma II bug and not a DayZ bug if I am right. (I could be wrong.) -

I believe being a survivor takes 2000 Humanity? If you want someone to trust you then you require them to be in Teamspeak or such so you can tell them.

Minecraft is your solution, but I do not think that there is currently a mod in the making for this yet. But this also sounds like many many other RTS games like Command & Conquer.

I heard if it boots you back to the server list then you need to install/update BattleEye.

By default the key is the / Key to type. Capslock is VOIP but I don't recommend it. There are other chat channels that are available that you can switch with the < and > key, the only ones I recommend are Side Chat/Channel and Direct Comm (which is broken at the moment.)
