I don't normally step in, but with what evidence do you have to backup your statement? Otherwise I'd view it as story telling or another user banned and trying to make them look bad. But this is just my view. -

I don't think that sending more then one email is a good idea. BattlEye works in strange ways that we may never understand.

The following may have happened: - You downloaded a program that sent your CD-Key to another user - You gave your CD-Key to another user. - You visibly shown your CD-Key - Something else happened BattlEye will not unban your cd-key if it was banned.
