You don't know how to use search function? You don't type in EXACTLY those words. Use keywords.

Go to an empty server with a short reset period. You'll find em.

While I love TF2 to death...... Just no. Sorry... That would just be so out of place.

Sorry, but calling bull**** on that. I've spawned in many, many different places. This happens with certain servers, just try another. 1. Play on empty servers, and head northwest. Staying in the main coastal towns will lead to starvation and bordem. 2. Some doors can't open because those areas haven't been completed yet. 3.Yeah the "wall zombies and "ninja zombies" are annoying, but just make sure to kill all zombies before you head inside a building. I always do.

You DO have a map silly :D You just gotta go find it. Also, try playing some ARMA 2, it'll help you get used to the map. Playing with an ARMA and/or DayZ veteran helps too. They'll show you the ropes. (For example, the 2 major cities are usually nicknamed Cherno and Electro) -
STFU VIRTUAL REALITY IS AMAZING :D I don't know what I'd do without my oh so memorable glitches. :) It really is a great engine for this game, it makes it so much more of a huge and paranoid experience.

This is a good question... I would think it would change on respawn, but I honestly have no idea.
