Wtf? Why would a glock 18 be in chernarus...? Um yeah...don't think it'll be implemented...as cool as that gun is. A glock 17 however, could make an appearance.

Aim for the head. (Also hit detection isn't all that great, they'll fix it in due time.) -
Alright, um...do you know what ping is? If you don't, then: It's this number on the right side of the screen when you're looking at servers. Try to find a server with a green number beside it. (By the way, we all get the "confirmation of changes" message, don't worry about it.)

It has something to do with pre-patch equipment, if I remember correctly. -
Um...what?... You said you were banned and asked for a new game code because it didn't let you join the server?... In any case, it sounds more like a connection issue. Did you check ping before joining? Did you somehow start DayZ without updating?... :huh:

Yeah I could see both of those being implmented, I loved the them both in Cold War Crisis. (Although it was called CZ-47, so it might have been a different gun, or a mistake on bohemia's part, probably the latter, since I hear about people constantly getting VZ and CZ mixed up.)
