For the 9999999999999999999999999999999999999999999th time, it's not hacking it's ghosting. The person logged out, joined an empty server, ran to your position, then joined your server again. (Not that that's okay either, but it's not a bannable offense.) (Also lol some guy watching over town with a scope...totally not a bandit. :D)

Your shock level outweighed your blood level, I believe. (Although usually this results in unconsciousness right?) This can come from simply seeing a zombie, if I recall correctly. -

It takes a few minutes to respawn. In what way whatsoever?... This is a glitch with respawning, not the servers fault. And yes, you can respawn. Just give it a minute. -

OP did not read background. All survivors are people who are immune to the infection. Hence, there will be no players turning into zombies.
