Oh yeah. "help" Anyways, I suggest heading north, really anywhere north. Chances are you'll only have to deal with a few inattentive zombies, and get plenty of loot. -

Was this in a patch I missed or something? I always thought it was random, because I had to shoot a guy running at me with an axe, and I one shotted him from the front, but almost all his gear was ruined. -

At the moment I believe it doesn't matter where you shoot, with the exception of headshots which leave things undamaged. -

Nope, just an alpha problem, nobody knows of your duping. :D To be honest, me and my friend may have duped about 20 M4s and laid them out in the middle of cherno to see what happened... I wish I would've known how to take a screenshot.

Try launching the ARMA Operation Arrowhead Beta, that's what worked for me. (Once you do, go to addons in the main menu, and make sure dayz is on.) -
There's hackers, but being killed by them "2x a day"? People call hax far too easily, yes they are out there, but far more likely is the explanation that there is some desyncing/lagging going on.

Coward. :D The moment you never trust anyone again, is the moment you become a mindless zombie like all the rest. There are good people out there. Most kills are attributed to people not wanting to be killed themselves, rather than self proclaimed bandits. -

You can't kill animals yet. Hopefully soon you can hunt, though, then you can avoid the deathtrap towns for a while. Oh, btw, if you hear random zombie noises, or eating/drinking noises and there's no one around, it's coming from a rabbit. :)

I'll keep it short and sweet: They can't fix bugs without first introducing the items. Everytime they fixed a bug, it'd just reappear after they added something new.
