I've seen em on roofs all the time...but the church? How did it even...?

Do you have "toggle raise/lower weapon" bound to anything, or have you been just relying on the "primary fire" button? Because I have to actually raise the axe now in order to use it. Just a thought.

i suggest you wait until beta to buy it unless you have a lot of patience and aren't worried about spending 8+ hours getting gear and then having your save wiped for no reason. Its fun, but just remember what alpha means. :) If you don't get too attached to your gear, then i say go ahead.

At least 95% of the forum will tell you the same, abusing it is a dick move, and has been since 2001. The mentality you have is in fact identical to glitches and hackers. And the built in mechanic is not meant to be used in this way; that person on the stairs couldn't see you in 3rd person, and if you hadn't abused it like you did, you would have been creamed. And the "conform or die" mentality is ridiculous. If everyone followed that, the game would just be a pointless race of who can script faster than the other person. Yes, a lot of bandits wear masks, but there's some friendlies that wear them too, just to get a kick. Better red flags are lack of communication, aggressive/shifty body language, yelling "FRIENDLY FRIENDLY", and mumbling/stuttering.

K... One: remember the mod? Remember all the pwning you did in cars?........ exactly. Two: how is a big noisy thing with an exposed gunner on top going to kill everything in sight? Three: if it takes 12+ hours to actually get the thing working, how would everyone be running around in it? Four: with your logic, why isn't everyone always in vehicles in the mod? Five: why the hell are you being so hostile? Vehicles have always been a part of dayz. Calm the **** down.

If you think something's up, report it, the forum mods have no connection to the game. And besides that, nobody is going to disband a server on any game over accusation posted on a forum. Also, you can't take people's gear after kicking them. There's much better/easier/quicker ways to get gear anyway.

I love 3rd person, but I don't abuse it like a douche. And hardcore isn't much different. You can still see through walls using first person view. People who abuse game mechanics are the real noobs. If you get off on pwning noobs and winning, this might not be the game for you.
