    Yes, you can insta-kill players if you walk up and select "Perform stealth kill" You have to be close, though, and it doesn't work on zombies.

    That was years ago. Now the remnants support NCR... At least They're better than the likes of you... You are only repeating the same mistakes as the civilizations before the great war... Oh and I pronounce Caesar "See-zer" instead of "Kiy-zar" :P

    I don't necessarily think he's thinking of kicking players, I think he was just wondering what the tags meant. (If you look at both the SA and mod there's a bunch of servers with PvE & no KoS tags all the time, whether they actually follow through or not,)

    You're right. KoS means to kill without a second thought, no matter what. PvE means nobody killing each other period. Therefore, no KoS simply means "don't be a douche", and think a moment about why you are actually shooting this guy.

    Search first for stuff like this please, it's a very widely known issue. 1. Did you switch between normal and hardcore or vice versa? 2. When you log out, your character sits down defenseless for about 30 seconds afterwards, in which state you might have been killed.

    I've gotten stuck out in the middle of nowhere many times while driving a snowmachine, and that helmet is actually a god send of insulation, and by no means uncomfortable after 12 hours of wearing it. (And that's even sprinting like hell to get back to the cabin for help.)
