I can attest to this. .22 rounds are much, MUCH bigger than some puny ".50" bullet. Sporter currently does the most damage in the game. (However, put some distance between you and your target, .22s are effective to around 600 meters.)

Here's what we need: Grey/Black: -Shirts -Hoodies -Down Jackets -Rider Jackets -Tactcal Shirts -Jeans -Cargo Pants -Assault Vests -Ballistic Helmets -Motorcycle Helmets -Baseball Cap -Boonie Hat Red: -Taloon Backpacks -Mountain Backpacks -Berets -Motorcycle Helmets Misc: -Gas Masks -Respirators -Sunglasses I consistently search airfields for supplies, so I will off and on have all types of ammo, clips, and guns. I'm also usually overloaded with food/water. If you want blood bag kits, I never use those, and if you have a test kit handy I'd be willing to donate blood as well. (I far prefer saline bags and simply being healthy as a way to gain blood.) Brotherhood, Unity, Peace.
