No, I don't understand. As far as I know, private is just that, private. Meaning you cannot transfer your character and gear around, I have not heard of renting a server cluster to have your own special private servers. This is new to me.

Not sure how a white listed private server can be pay to win. You can't server hop, you're locked to the server so there's no perks unless people who donate get a free hour or two of looting alone.

I'm guessing orlok's appearance must have scared them off. Give it time. They need to fuel the hatred first. As to the OP, you are pretty much spot on except in comparing this to mmorpgs. 1. I don't think it's classy for grown adults to have temper tantrums over a game in development. Especially when all the warnings were placed right in front of them and even telling them not to buy it. 2. People complain because they have zero clue on how game development works or feel they are entitled because they put down a little money. Learn to use the bug tracker, that's what it's for. Ranting and raving doesn't accomplish anything.

First off I didn't even quote you. Second it was a sarcastic comment that mentioned nothing about it being a bad idea. How did I put it? Oh, "there is no quality of life in an apocalypse"

This idea defeats the purpose of the central loot economy and will just give people the ability to restart their servers constantly for massive loot gains.

First off, the OP is complaining about the state of the game in the manner it's suppose to be, brutal and unforgiving. Second, instead of whining like a little bitch, the OP can use the bug tracker to report his findings, or lack there of.

Actually, a lot are doing it wrong, by not using the bug tracker and constantly making shit posts about a game that is in development expecting it to play like a full released game.
