I have some sad news for you. DayZ is not being developed as a twitch shooter and the devs are not going to remove this function just for you.

While I understand the OP's complaint it's a little redundant. Everyone can play how they want. Now what does boggle me are those GI Joes who are trying to turn DayZ into Arma.

And how exactly are you going to melt gold down not to mention turn it into electronic parts?

Wow, it's been a while since I've read a terrible idea. The player base is already segregated enough just from having 1pp/3pp servers with public and private on top. If you want a game where you can noscope360headshot you have CoD and BF. DayZ is definitely not the game you are looking for. Again, terrible suggestion.

Not really. Most of those weapons most likely won't make it into the vanilla DayZ. You'll have to wait until modders make it into ArmaZ before you see all those guns.
