If anything, this should be a mod that server renters can apply to their servers. I personally wouldn't want this on mine as I'm aiming for a more hardcore, lifelike experience, not Hello KittyZ. -
Sadly, the lack of finding ammo, which I am thrilled about, is just going to start the server hopping craze all over again. Look what it was like before the loot respawn.

White and yellow, kill a fellow. Purple and blue, good for you. Red... could be good, could be dead. Also, if you find red berries in clusters chances are they are not good for you but single ones for the most part are ok

Not sure what the issue is with the above video but here is one I just recorded and this is after running. Definitely nowhere near the ridiculous sway in that video. Wow people, cry some more. If you can't handle the testing, stay out of the alpha. We are in a development build where things are going to change drastically and even break/get broken. Also, as was pointed out, Chernarus is a fictional place in a "video game". Environmental effects are there to add to the difficulty of surviving. We don't know what the ambient temperature is outside but as we can see our breath at pretty much any time of day, I can guarantee it is a tad chilly outside to be running around in a t-shirt,

I got home from work at 12:30 am pacific time this morning, it is now 8:15 am and I don't see servers or an update of any kind.

I for one do not mind the idea of weapons spawning with magazines and ammo or no ammo, as long as there is a chance that the condition of the guns will be in either good or very poor condition.

I rarely say terrible idea but this is a terrible idea. The whole point is to try and find your friends and with the easy to access online map http://dayzdb.com/map finding your way around could never be easier.

I have no doubt that they are going to rework the controls. I honestly do not see them removing the crouch/prone/stand function. If anything they are going to rework the functionality of walk, run and sprint as those are the sloppiest controls I've ever seen in any game.

Excuse me? I didn't call him a BF nub so learn to fucking read. I clearly told him that the chances of it happening are very slim due to the fact that they'd have to rewrite the code on the controls. He's the one flipping out over it not me.

So you want the developers to re-write the code on how controls are worked for your individual playstyle? Gotcha. Unfortunately this isn't an arcade shooter and their controls are going to most likely stay the same way as they have been in pretty much all of their games. You could also remap those keys to something you find a lot more easier to use. Ctrl for crouch and perhaps shift for stand. They are large buttons and would be less of a chance of screwing up.

You do have options, X for crouch, C for stand. What's the issue here?
