Here is a better way to put it. I like to play on a server that is fairly populated to the point of almost full. So I will take the best populated server available be it 1pp or 3pp. So why should I be at a disadvantage to play my preferred play style when the only option is a 3pp server with population? It's all about choice, right? -

You don't need to be a programmer or a producer to have an opinion on the game style tho. When he states, "Restricting the perspective to what your character can actually see has a large impact on how people approach the game, and other players.", I wholeheartedly agree. -
Please specify when you say "DayZ Mod". Do you mean "Epoch"? Which has nothing to do with the concept of DayZ and should not even be associated with it.

Well, night time is a complete joke right now. We don't even need flashlights or any source of light as it's so easy to see even on a cloudy night. There is nothing we can do and I believe night time should just be removed as it puts legit players at a clear disadvantage.

I've been totally against the whole less military weapons/gear and more about civilian but let's have military bases with high powered weaponry but make it so it's extremely difficult to acquire. I mean the NWAF should be littered with infected soldiers and civilians, people who were trying to either make a last ditch effort to protect themselves or flee, hence why civilians are there as well.

There are a few that allow you to choose your audio source from the in game option. I know Planetside 2 allows you to do this and it is nice to have as I have 3 options to choose from for my audio.

Pretty much. Well, I shouldn't say that's how it should be, that's how I want it to be lol but we'll have to see if they devs want to stick to their guns and make a true authentic hardcore survival game or if they crack and cater to the casual crowd. -

No. Get it through your head that even when vehicles are introduced, you won't be find them laying all over the place so you can drive around like a gangsta from GTA so lowing the movement speed now will make players get use to the fact the the game is going to be grueling and hard. -

The engine already struggles with what we have, yes I know it's not optimized yet, but now you're asking it to do more? We'll have to wait and see if they can get the game to run smooth first before implementing more animations and information to calculate the effects that it will need to do. I do like the ideas tho. -

Well after several hours playing/testing today, loot is spawning funky. It's not in the huge masses like on stable but it's still doing certain areas only. This is US east 02 1pp. Svetlo, completely void of anything, Novo, completely empty, and Severo had loot explosion....... of useless junk. Maybe this is how it's suppose to be but two large cities empty? Possibly? -

I went to play on a DE 3pp server with a buddy and it loaded up my 1pp character. -
you did it wrong, you have to throw it at your target for it to be effective.
