I think the point is why would anyone need medical supplies when servers restart every 1-4 hours. Don't get me wrong, I appreciate your efforts and it's an awesome idea. It's just too early at this stage in the game but hopefully when things open up you'll be able to fulfill your idea of being a medic in a post apocalyptic world

Jesus christ people. This game is at most 10% complete. Did none of you do any research on what the game is about before you bought it? Do you not see the opening screen that states that this game is in alpha and will be missing features that could interrupt your gameplay?? Quit whining and bitching and go play something else until this game has completed it's course. Then come back and give your input.

It's like asking if crossfire or SLi will be good. Wait till it's not in alpha, it'll be too hard to get a proper response with an unstable build

Well if they implemented the use for pliers I would be using them and to answer your question, a motorcycle helmet, duh. They are designed to protect your head from blunt force trauma, aka falling off your bike and hitting your head on the ground. If you want me to go into further detail on the design I can.

Use your head, a "ballistics helm" vs a "motorbike helmet" . Take a guess without needing numbers to prove which would be better if being shot in the head

I went back to the mod a couple of dayz ago just for nostalgia sake. The weather, how long it took me to get somewhere and the zombie count is the biggest things I miss about it. I personally find travelling in the SA way too fast compared to the mod. What I don't miss is being in a town or city and only able to enter 1 or 2 buildings.
