Uh dude.... I'm making a mockery of this topic. Read all my other posts I've made about this subject and the OP's stupidity. So guess what, that makes me a hero :) -
Can't find loot?? Are you kidding me?? If you really want something and you are starving to death you take it from someone. Melee weapons are still bountiful and the majority of players are so oblivious that you can easily sneak up on someone and whack em. There, now you have loot.

If you're going to post a thread about performance, putting you PC specs in it is a start. I for one don't have any issues with performance and I run it mostly on the highest settings

The only thing i've noticed is bad servers. Seriously, why is there so many 24/7 day only servers that reset every 2-4 hours? Answer: Scrubs who don't know how to play. If it isn't players server hopping, it's terrible hosters who can't hack the challenge of DayZ.

So far I personally don't know if you do regain consciousness as I've walked away from my pc after being unconscious for an hour and came back to still being out lol. Also unless they fixed it, the respawn doesn't work.

Actually OP, the burlap sack is supposed to be used for when you capture another player and you don't want them to see where you might take them but I do think being able to cut holes in it for eyes would still be awesome -

That's awesome OP!!! This is what makes DayZ standout from any other game. It's sad right now tho that most servers are horrible day only servers because there are too many pu----- out there to even attempt to feel the real experience, because honestly, you could have read him that story to the sun going down as he laid his head down in your lap.... sorry, going off on a tangent there :P -

Too be honest, the controls of DayZ or I should say the engine it runs on would most likely be too sloppy for a console. There is way too many buttons and the only way I can see them doing it is by dumbing the game down to more of a CoD/BF level of control. -

That's because you're not suppose to be corpse running like old school diablo. Now I do agree that gear getting ruined is a little to much but thems the breaks when douchebags try playing this game like CoD and have to ruin it for everyone else. This is why we can't have nice things.

This. It's so simple to tell if you're in a place that hasn't been ransacked, loot is a stupid word and should stay in WoW, because if it has, doors are open and there is no zombies. If you see zombies and closed doors, you will most likely find gear to get you going. -

I enjoyed the mod in it's original form. The modded versions of the mod that turned DayZ into "easy mode I has all weapons off the start" is what ruined the mod for me. Sadly I can't even find a vanilla server in the mod anymore that isn't going to make me spawn with as much gear as possible. Survival mod my ass -

DayZ is not an RP only game. Get that out of your head. What you're doing is trying to force your play style on others and that just doesn't jive in a game that has pvp with it. Chernerus is a dangerous place and zombies are not your only concern. People are trying to survive by any means possible and if taking your life is their way of doing it then that is how it's going to be. -
