It's got nothing to do about getting my way. Epoch is garbage and building sky fortresses is the stupidest thing to add into a game that's trying to be close to realistic. If I want to play minecraft, I'd play minecraft. I paid my 30 bucks, I put in almost 800 hours and I got my enjoyment out of what DayZ has to offer for me. End of story. Also with the amount of remodeling that the developers have done with Chernarus, it'd be stupid of them to even allow players to bypass all the buildings they redone by going out and building their sky fortress. -

Hmmm common sense would tell you that if they say pick up your tents prior to maintenance Wednesdays, then doing the same thing before any update would be the smart thing to do.

Those illiterate peasants still had to use tools to chop the trees, cut them to roughly the same height, chisel the tips, dig proper hole depth, etc. You talk like it's as simple as 1,2,3. If you want to turn this game into Rust good on ya, I definitely won't stick around for garbage like that. -

People will mod the servers into crap and give all sorts of chat options along with the billion vehicles that go with them. Do not fear, you will get what you want. -
Third Person View should be Over-the-Shoulder, NOT a bird's eye view.

The devs will not change this. 3pp is hete to stay with all its wallpeeking glory. As others have stated, either play 1pp or wallpeek with the rest of them. Luckily I was able to convert everyone I play with to 1pp. The way a shooter is meant to be played. -
Problem with this merge is that I don't think the game is shit and want my money back.

Tents can be stolen and military tents are bugged and disappear so his vanished/gone tent was most likely due to someone else coming along and taking it. -

Well I've noticed sometimes even tho it says 1pp or 3pp, it's the opposite. Same with servers that take my 1pp character into a 3pp -

Heh, finally found it. It wouldn't show up using the filter. I had to manually scroll the whole server list to find it. The one I found is 3pp tho :( -

Check the server section and I'd recommend looking for an RP server as there will be a less likely chance of running into people abusing the gamma for nighttime. -

Well I do recall the devs saying that scripts won't be allowed. Which they mean altering loot tables, starting points etc. Mods were confirmed. Do not confuse scripting as modding. -

There is no challenge, you are given weapons and starting gear, survival is not existent, you can give money to the server for top end gear, challenge was removed, is has no affiliation to DayZ, you can build huge gigantic fortresses(with very little effort) -

is the server time set for 06:00? I posted a page back that when it resets it goes to 08:00, 09:20 then down to 06:00. So if the time is set for that people should wait until they see that. -
