Yup, same problem. I just bought a server and I have it set to 4pm until 8pm and it does not get dark. Also, I waited until it reset after I got home from work and when it did, the server started at 8 am instead.

I'm all for a weight and stamina system and I'm pretty sure it will be something that will be part of the game without having to use a mod, at least it better be :p

I want the stamina and weight system even before vehicles are in. It's ridiculous how we can run forever as it is. Makes the infected a non factor even with them respawning.

The rules are set because it's in an alpha stage. BiS doesn't need people screwing with servers this early in development. It's your choice to rent one or not, they aren't holding a gun to your head and forcing you to rent a server. Speaking of that, you do not "own" the server, you are "renting" therefore you will abide by the rules.

What does it matter? People will still flock to the 24/7 day only servers just like in the mod. Majority of the good servers were empty because players couldn't handle playing a hard game.

Wow, just like real life..... :rolleyes: . I don't grind to put food on my table, I don't grind, to buy expensive toys. There is plenty of pay to win games out there that seem to fit you fancy more than what DayZ is going to offer you.

Sensitivity all the way down, smoothing all the way up. Controls and the game run smooth as silk for me.
