Yeah they can hear you. When I first started the game, I killed a guy at a light house and he complained. Yeah there is no point in it but some people are trolls. -

It was patched but combat logging pros are too quick on quitting they probably forgot.

Funny you mention it cause I have seen some players who reflex combat logged in front of me. Proabably forgot it was patched in the heat of the moment.

Will bullet hit delay get fixed? Was it fixed in the Mod?

Bullet delay = shots fire, blood spray later, takes a while for body to register, can shoot back in the meantime similar actions = bandaging, you used up one rag but it doesn't say "You are no longer bleeding" immediately -

You don't mind them shooting back even though you know they should fall? I find myself always taking cover after firing all my killng shots.
