I'm pretty sure bullets don't come out of a barrel and then curve randomly into a designated cone area.

Its sort of sad Mac-books have great specifications for stuff gaming wise, but are unable to play the majority of titles due to their OS....

PVP makes up most of the tension in game. People randomly shooting at you the moment they see you keeps you on your toes. If you can not handle being on said toes due to players shooting at you in a game where there are no regulations on how to interact with other players, be more careful when you encounter other players. I do not KOS. You do not KOS, I assume, but people KOS. So? It makes the game tense, tense as hell to be exact. You can have great experiences in this game, being shot at on sight can cause these. Was running through the woods with 3 pals when we got shot at, we spent an hour running through the woods as shots popped up at us, until we found some shells for my friends shotgun in a gas station, but by then they were long gone.

I was playing Neo Scavenger, and while taking out a fellow with my bow, he pulled out the arrow I shot into him, charged at me, and slashed my forehead with that same arrow. I killed him, but I had a hell of a concussion, and developed a Sepsis infection. This forced my character to spend in-game weeks fighting off the infection, which nearly resulted in my death. This would be great in DayZ - Make open wounds deadly. If you get shot, cut, gashed, or slashed, you should have to clean it out if you don't immediately bandage it, and if you are slashed with something dirty, rusty, or infested with bacteria, you better clean it out. This would make a hit from an axe or a gunshot wound something you want to tend to immediately. You want to get that wound tended to so it doesn't develop into something worst. Getting shot and leaving that hole there for a while during a gunfight, leaving it open and exposed to the enviroment, should be a death sentence. Basically, infections, it would be great to have 'em.

I meant infections as in real, everyday infections you can catch from having an open and exposed wound.

This is literally the most stupid suggestion I have ever encountered. No offense, but this is baffling, even after numerous posts explaining how idiotic this is, you have yet to realize how inefficient and unpractical this thing would be. I'm tempted to try out your idea in real life, record it, and show it to you just so you can understand. Go out to the range and look like some sort of idiot, but it would be worth it, though it may not change your stance.

Mod that makes rounds so rare the improvised bow becomes a godsend, and the sight of a gun with more then one full magazine is incredibly rare.

They are doing inaccuracy all too wrong, really. The guns should be as accurate as we see them in Arma 2, but should have increased amounts of sway, depending on specific statistics. For example, after running for quite a while, it should be a lot harder to hold your weapon steady, but when crouching, standing still, or prone - especially - you should be able to hold that gun as stable as scaffolding. We also need a system to mount our guns onto windows and walls temporarily for increased stability, and the same with bipods, and we also need to see more subtle attachments, such as the CQB stock slightly changing maneuverability but not affecting accuracy as it currently does and make the magpul parts result in an easy to aim M4, perhaps make it quicker to stabilize? All in all, we need sway and unstable rifles that act like they do in real life.

Uh, no, try hitting a target from 400 meters away with a DEFAULT M4A1, with, say, an ACOG, while prone. You won't be able to do it, unless you fire a whole shitload of shots.

Who cares? If you are a male, or a female, and want to play DayZ- COOL! But does your gender matter? Nah. We are reaching a point in time where more and more people are supporting 100% TOTAL EQUALITY, though we still need to trim the glorious lawn we have here. Sexism, racism, and religion-ism or whatever exists for every gender, race, or religion out there. There are people who are sexist against guys, people sexist against girls, and people racist against every skin color on the planet, and people who will base their opinions on you due to your religion. Unfortunately, this can't be changed- Its a state of mind. No matter how many times I get frustrated at someone for calling all men "sexually driven rapist pigs" or someone thinking women are just sexual objects or someone basing their interactions on someone's skin color or someone considering a muslim a 'terrorist', it is incredibly hard to deter. Sure, you can argue with said person, but it barely does any good. This brings me to my main point- WHO CARES? If we're all equals, 100%, your gender should not matter when it comes to games like DayZ, and no one should give a shit how many guys or girls are playing. Of course you can't avoid the disadvantages and advantages that come with a gender, race, or religion. The main disadvantage being prejudice, because no matter who you are, white, black, male, female, you will be a victim of prejudice, some more then others. Hopefully one day there will be no advantages or disadvantages and we'll all be on a level playing field. Until then, who cares? If I meet a girl in game, cool, but its just another player.

Yes, bullets rely on hitting vital organs, and automatic weapons are made so that the chances of hitting those vital organs are increased. Bows, crossbows, and marksman rifles are made for firing a few lethal, well-placed shots at someone and bringing them down. If you are hit with a bullet in an area other then an organ, your biggest worry should be about the wound getting infected and stopping the bleeding.

Start mass protests against idiotic censorship laws, and if that doesn't work, over-react and overthrow your country! In all seriousness- Protest. Protest a lot, and bring the world's attention to such bullshit laws. But DayZ should not have to skip out on adding gore, suicide, and other 'mature' features- Its a survival horror game and needs to have some disgusting shit in it, I want to see mangled corpses lining the roads from psychopathic massacres. I want to be able to look at someone's corpse and know how they died- A shot to the head or thirty rounds through the chest. This doesn't need to be ruined by one or two country's bullshit censorship. So I agree with Rocket.

If you want to shoot zombies with a friend, play NMRiH or L4D2, DayZ is mainly PVP-focused. If you don't like it, get used to it.
