    Optimization

sorry i dont quite understand what you mean.. do you mean you hope there is 1 or 2 guys on the dev team who are solely dedicated to optimizing the game and dont worry about anything else, just optimization?

    Optimization

Hi guys, would it be at all possible for someone to shed some light on future optimization? for example a possible timescale or date to expect this to happen. im currently undergoing a new build and just wondered if my performance in-game will increase further due to optimization of the Standalone at a later date. thanks alot

thats great work mate, really appreciate it. tbh i really dont want to push the budget. i think i'll stick to the fx chip but with your card choice the r9270x vapor x. i can always upgrade later on.. last thing mate lol can you please recommend a mobo for me, around the 50 pound mark. with potential to upgrade to 32gb. AMD FX 6300 RADEON R9 270X VAPOR X. 8GB RAM thanks alot mate, again i really appreciate your time.

so basically if i change the fx chip to an intel 5 that would perform way better? the point of my build is to stay between 400 to 500. it was never supposed to be over, surely theres a way i can achieve normal-high gfx settings with 30-40 fps on dayz standalone within my price range. my chip assessment is based on this, price/performance http://cpuboss.com/cpus/Intel-Core-i5-3570K-vs-AMD-FX-6300 this could be my potential new build. how would this perform. cpu-intel i5 4670 mobo- MSI H87-G41PCMATE, Intel H87, S 1150, DDR3, SATA III 6Gb/s, RAID, PCIe 3.0 (x16), D-Sub/DVI-D/HDMI, ATX gpu-sapphire radeon r9 270x vapour x 8gb ram - still undecided 750 psu powercool what kinda of gfx settings and FPS would i run and achieve on this

So what card could I get 150 or lower which will allow me to get good fps on med high settings.this is the rest AMD fx 6300 Asus m5a97 mobo Radeon r9 270x dual x - my potential card 8gb ram or could you advise a set up within a 400-500 pound price range

Thanks, well reason I chose those particular GPU CPU, was because they were better than the recommended sys req. Thus build is purely for dayz sa. So to spend that to achieve a med low setting is pretty crap to be fair. And if you Google Intel hd4000 vs geforce 610m 2gb you will see it for yourself. Trust me I was devastated to discover this. And yes it works, ad I said before I get between 20-30 fps on low and disabled. So what card could I get 150 or lower which will allow me to get good fps on med high settings? Thanks for your help batman, not only cleaning the crime from Gothams streets but an ex AMD employee alsolol

Guys can you help me.. Im gonna do my own build and this is the spec so please can you tell me if the game will run nice on high gfx with good fps? CPU -AMD FX 6300 GPU- AMD HD 7870 2GB OR radeon r9 270x 8GB RAM 750w psu asrock 990fx extreme 3 mobo p.s i currently have an asus k55vd which is intel i5 8gb ram geforce 610m 2gb intel hd4000 intergrated(which runs dayz SA better than the geforce believe it or not!!) i currently get between 20-30 fps with all rendering disabled, clouds and shadows disabled, objects very low, terrain normal, textures normal, texture filtering disabled.
