I thought all you needed was wood and rope to make a bow? It's not working. I cannot make arrows either. I thought you could pick arrows up after shooting them as well. :( -

Nice! Thanks a lot guys. How does it hold up to the crossbow, distance-wise? I can never find bolts for the crossbow, so I do not use it :( -

Hello, I am back in Chernarus after about half a year. I have noticed that there are cray cray spots with tons of loot. I have yet to find a longterm scope though. Are these still in the game? I would like to get a Mosin again and get back to my ways of dominating Berezino. Thanks!

My current rig: i7 3770k GTX 970 16gb RAM 120gb SSD x2 1tb HDD Just got the 970 today... will post back after playing for a bit. Gonna head into Cherno to some frame rate action. CPU is the main thing with DayZ though

Was talking with two guys at work about this and they said in the mod you could take your underwear off in the game and make other people smell the inside of it and it was suppose to be realistic smelling, but how? That is gross

This guy I ran into in Starry held me down at gunpoint with his AKM and his buddy took his pants off and kept rubbing his flesh mounds on my neck/chin area. The smell was horrific and I threw up more than twice. This was in real life too

Hey, guys. So, my team and I are back in Berezino putting in work. We've started leaving traps on the roads near Greenbay to attract unsuspecting players. The trap usually consists of a gun, backpack, and some food-- just sitting in the street for anyone. Then when people come, they get shot!! It's worked quite well so far. Will make a video about it soon. Not playing tonight; going to see Pompeii with my girlfriend and some friends, but maybe tomorrow!

Have the devs addressed the gamma night vision issue?

Guys, I usually play at night with gamma turned all the way up because it is way easier. However, last night I played with my team and we turned gamma down to normal levels and we used head torches and a portable lamp to make our way around our town. It really brings the eerie factor back to night time play and we had a blast. I was wondering if the developers were going to change the gamma input to enforce a more realistic night time? Thank -
Not too sure what this place is called, but it is not very far from Svet either. Really cool town and has these two sweet cabin style two story houses that are awesome. Anyone know what this town is called?

When we can finally have tents and fires, we should move into the woods far from civilization, and only go there when we need supplies. Since zombies respawn in towns, the only safe place would probably be in the wilderness. That is a while away though
