if they dont shoot at you, dont shout friendly..that makes you beign viewd as beign the victim...be in control. I walked into a lot of contested areas *stupidly...oh look a airfield lets run right across..shit like that* but later i being sneaky and not being seen *night time helps A LOt in looting some high value targets *. I got hit 3-4 times by scared people, i just legged it, because of the KOS mentality in high value areas. But even in little towns..they shoot me and be like "friendly ?" and i leg it around the town and try to come up behind them, weapon at point, being "yeh, and now gimme a can of food, for shooting me like a retard" its day z...and its awesome. *Sidenote...after some time you just look "badass" all the military vests and stuff..id be fine with my green raincoat for ages but i love to scavange. Everyone does. But after some time ..you just look like a valuable target and i am hesitant to set up some turf where i can store my shit and go on missions from that. Albeit that might be good practice *like deep into the woods cabins ;) like dressing all harmless and go to look for that saline injection * and finding some friendly injecting it..he * food and ammo, oh and finaly find the bayonet and the mosin AGAIN :D ( oh and iam IN LOVE with the mosin model...i come from red orchestra and the mosin is my all time favorite since YEARS ) ** had to drop it because no backpack..what a bummer.* After my 4th day now iam finaly able to be in "healthy" state... :D gah..love this game :)

Iam into my 3rd day of the Z and found ALOT of stuff. First i had remembered it should head land in and avoid the coast. Find a well and drink till you are really full and run. :D I think i crossed the map some times. Ran in circles for hours but allways found interesting stuff. Looking for landmarks. Climbing up towers and chimneys to check around. Found a castle wich was infested ALOT by Z´s. Got a compass but no maps. But the compass is fine for me. Just need to remember some landmarks and roadsigns and i should be ok. ( i never was a big arma fan or played the mod. So the whole map is new territory for me and i think its a good way to learn my way around. ) Found what i call the "great alpher wastelands of north" and roamed them a bit. Now i start to move more carefully. Zombies i know my way around now. Fireaxe is my friend. For now it hiking time and chill a bit in the woods before i head coastside again to hit the bigger citys. I had a issue of "crime & punishment" with me for my longest survival run so far. Little did i know i could even read the book. Later on found "gulivers travels" wich i really should read while trying to rest... B) I love this. Anyone who thinks this is redundant must have either not read alot or not have beign taught during his upbringing that reading books is a venture in your own mind. ( the people that go..."ye the last book i read was in shool" ,poor souls ) I hope i ever find someone that dosent kill me onsight so we can trade books ! :beans: *who whould have thought my first post whopuld be about the love for books...he..."
