I have one question, when someone logs off with the 30 second timer while prone, crouched, weapon in hands. Will they look like they are still there proned ready to shoot you or is there a way to tell that they logged off?

There is no problem with this timer, sure it would be nice if you could stay in the game after pressing exit and look while the 30 second timer is counting down and cancel it if anyone comes to kill you. But seriously, its extremely easy to find a location where you will be safe for 30 seconds.

LOL, this is not a problem with the game. This is just a learn to play aka learn to tab issue. I tab out of my game very often, never died or been attacked.

There is no patch notes about a backpack been added except in the experimental branch... But if there is one in stable branch, great for everyone.

Only a noob(or fool who thinks he is playing the finished product) goes and tries to gear up on a full 40player server. GO to an empty server and server hopp. All of you server hopp whiners are noobs who dont understand how to play the game. The game is made for server hopping in the current state of alpha. If anyone think im gonna spend 40 minutes running from one side of the map to another because a glitch, bug or hacker killed me... well think again. As a server hopper, other server hoppers have never bothered me. No loot? switch server. Maybe when they add loot respawn, ill start sticking to 1 server and try make a good community, but right now its alpha, game is not working as intended.

bump... When the transmitter says: On, does that mean it is on or that it will turn on if you click it.

I just have 1 question... How do I know when the radio transmitter is turned on or off? Should it say 87.7 on or 87.7 off?

rofl... there is a bug that makes your mosin only be able to carry 1 bullet at a time after you paint it. Without paint you can put 5 bullets. Thats it.

There is no reward, night is a waste of time. Im never gonna use a flashlight, its suicidal.

I like those backpacks, hopefully military mountain backpacks is coming soon into SA.

Nobody but friendly or noobs use mountain backpacks. You will never need those 5 extra slots it have. Always use hunting backpack.

Why is it funny?

My suggestion for how long a body to stay is 1 hour. If you die in northwest airfield, you have time to run back from the east coast and loot your old corpse if its unlooted, and if you kill someone, you should have time to loot them within an hour.

It is rubberbanding... Rubberbanding in DayZ is this: Running, suddenly get teleported back to an earlier position while not being able to move and your character may or may not be spinning. Happened to me enough times.

You are a clown, in alpha sticking to one server for loot is foolish. Its made for server hopping. Come back later when there is an actual lootspawn timer please.
