If the guy starts to stand up or lean left and right it normally means he's trying to escape the cuffs.I usually get them to stop by firing warning shots near them or threatening to kill them.Also getting them on their knees helps.And about the handcuff mechanic your right they should restrain people for much longer.Hope this helps :)

I just wanted to give some info on what you should do if you decide to hold up someone. Firstly; 1.Make sure you have handcuffs so they don't pull a gun out and kill you 2.If they move the handcuffs will not go on,so make them stay still by threatening to kill them. 3.If they do decide to try and run don't hesitate to kill them. 4.It's always better to have a buddy to help you. Once you've got them down; 1.If you are by yourself tell them to drop all their gear so they don't break the handcuffs and kill you or get away.However if you have a friend helping you can just go in his/her inventory. 2.If they refuse you can force feed them rotten fruit so they become sick and cure them if they drop their items. 3.If they are still not complying just aim for the head so you don't damage gear. Finishing up; 1.If there is any gear left you don't want(hatchet,wrenches maybe even a sidearm) tell them to turn around and walk up the hill/road/mountian until you have time to escape so they don't try and kill you. 2.When running away always keep an eye on them as they could be grabbing the rest of their gear(if there is any)and run after you. 3.Finally if you have taken everything,even the clothes off their back,and they ask you to kill them,don't.It sounds cruel but you will have preformed a successful hold up without any casualties(hopefully) This has worked for me so far but it still needs improving,please feel free to tell me how :)

I just wanted to put this topic up because I am quite confused about the sickness caused by eating rotten fruit.My friend had to eat some rotten fruit because he was starving eventually he got sick and started dying.Me and another friend found some antibiotics and charcoal tabs for him but he took them both at the same time so I don't know what cured his illness,the charcoal tabs or the antibiotics.I just want to find out so if I do have to eat rotten fruit I will know what I have to find. :)
