If it is considered speculation it should be tested not considered false , that would decide if its false. Not a great source but that is exactly what the dayz wiki says those vials are for ( i dont know i have never had to or tested one) but seeing its seems semi legit ill trust it more than someone who says there a medic but hasnt tested something and calls it false....

Ah sounds like an infected wound to me then. Try injecting yourself with the medicine from the injector vials i believe(have heard) its a much higher grade anti biotic for infected wounds .. Let us know how that turns out if you can

Probably not id say the server was suffering some difficulties when i logged in and hadnt connected to the hive , so when i re logged into it i started fresh. (was strange though , i wasnt in the air but way WAY into the debug lands.)

Didnt notice the battle eye problem but i did just try log into the private shard i play on and i was way out in the baron lands(beyond the edge of the map) i managed to get into game with second log in (but with a character wipe lol ) ah well starting again ..

Its against the rules , and there is a reason its against the rules and thats the planned global loot economy eg if ultra rare object x only spawns on 5 servers in north america then by locking PUBLIC servers they can in effect rob the whole player base of access to intended items. Now the sewing kits them i cant find , and i have been looking because i have been testing melee out with the zeds using all different weapons. For some reason they always seem to fuck my pants long before they hurt my top ( maybe its just me i figured they would be hitting body and head not groin legs? But id like to be able to patch my pants up lol(ill trade you a pristine ak handle and a drum mag for a sewing kit LOL....

What drums are ment to be rare now?? how come i found 2 in the same spot along with 2 high cap vests and an ak handle. That was sitting outside of the non enterable building you see at some mil places , but this one is just passed the office and dinner building at the mills of berezino.. Personally i hope they add chances for rifles to jam , specially when firing full auto using drum mag's. But hey thats just me.

Ok i dont usually play in the lounge on my media pc , but seeing i was trying out the Australian alternative to nvidea's 3dtv play i was. 3dtv play is brilliant for some games (the last tomb raider was epic in 3d) and as i have an 80 inch 3d tv i use it for games from time to time. Seeing i had heard that tridef 3d was better for some games and worse for others i thought free trial see if its any good. It loads in and it already has a profile set up for dayz , i think great (although nvidea's 3dtv play actually works really well for dayz when examining items they are floating in the middle of the lounge). Try to start it up and the command window for battle eye pops up and bang blocked tridef 3d lol i couldnt even play dayz till i un installed tridef. Strange i wonder what it is about a 3d conversion it detects???

Hmm as a player of arma for years than you know why the named 1pp as the harder version of the game.. Because they have always named 1pp the harder version of the game, load up arma right now and play veteran level or higher difficulty and guess what your locked to 1pp.. But this seems regardless of the idea of this thread .PS i love how people feel they can say why ALL PEOPLE who play a certain perspective do , for the love of god answers for yourself because you have fuck all idea why joe smith prefers 3pp or 1pp.

Hmmm i am ex military , hmmm the clan i play Arma with are all ex military ( clan is to strong a word , we know each other from army days or through other people we knew from army days ... EDIT 3 of them are sons of ex military guys.) Do we use military tactics in the odd times we get together and play Dayz, yes we do ( although its rare these days we mostly play solo or in pairs these days). Why do we use these tactics , hmmm its a survival game right?? You know one of the best ways to survive a gun fight is to have tactics and organized communication right?? Sure some may not find it a fun way to play but for some its second nature and well IT WORKS or soliders wouldnt do it they would be like bandit by the door" what door" across the road that door" which road " oh fuck i am dead " so am i why ,didn't you shoot him " because you didnt tell me where the fuck he was......

Its not cheating but you are robbing yourself of half the experience. I wish i didnt know the map well enough that i didnt at pretty much all time know exactly where i am (at worst ill run for 2 to 5 min and then ill see something that tells me where i am ). Exploration is a large slice of the fun, once you know the map you have to come up with other things to entertain(like what most people seem to do PvP on the coast or major cities like Novo)

Hope it works out for you. Shame you kinda used up your interest while still in alpha (800 hours is alot of gameplay for any game, very few AAA games give that much so to get it from a small developer thats pretty good.)

It is known that it doesnt work with the stone knife( not sure maybe they intended it not to work with that weapon or its a bug) it does work with kitchen knife though (havent tried it with mil knife ,because if i have been lucky enough to find one i am not going to top myself lol.

AH why will he be happy??? If he isnt using the ram he has now how will more ram help (unless its faster ram or he loads the game on to a ram disk). More ram only helps the system do jobs that require MORE RAM. Having it certainly wont hurt anything ( and its cheap now so many people do have 16 or more gig of ram) but unless he is rendering video or some other ram intensive job it wont do allot of anything for him.

excellent maybe many of the complainers will take your first post advert here and follow you over to h1z1 where the player render is less than 500m. where the hackers have found a happy home ( i was silly enough to buy the early release to try it out , oh my god). Where you can just pay to have supplies to drop down to you ( a perfectly rational mechanic in a survival game??)

Yeah , they never worked on knives just the machette and the axes ( i always thought it strange it wouldnt work on a knife) and to be honest seeing it only took it back to damaged( rather than worn which every other repair function does lol) and the fact that a stone took up 4 slots i never used the function often .

You have been able to use stones on axes and machettes since like .48(maybe earlier ) although it use to only take it from badly damaged to damaged( this may have changed havent used one in a while)

A prime example of why a small amount of info and not enough experience( knowing what the fuck your talking about) is a dangerous thing.. care to explain to me how an overlay ( as in something that goes over an exisiting image is going to single out and highlight certain aspects of an image and not others?? It makes the contrast on every part of the image sharper(or less sharp to your prefrence) it makes every part of the image lighter /darker brighter duller to your prefrence IT cant select individial parts of an image to brighten up.....Why is that because it lays over an entire image not parts of it..(hence overlay)
