no,no,no. I don't mean how do they do it in the game. I mean in RP. The new spawns seem to be part of your RP and how they end up being there is not important to you. Why can't you Include kitted people in your RP? Doesn't matter how their got the kit (But I wish server hopping was fixed), in an RP sense, they are successful survivors. And I am sure they will be at the same level of willingness to be part of your RP as the new spawns you murder. But nice try at justifying your action :P

I can understand you don't want to get into fight, nether do I, but you put what you do under the guise of RP. Surly you would also be trying to find out how the strong, more successful survivors manage to get all 'kitted', find out what makes them special? This could lead you to interesting breakthrough in your research (that's RP with imagination and skill).

Think i got something like 200+ kills to 0 deaths. They where zombies so a little more challenging :P I don't like what you do, but the games lets you, so no problem there. what i do see is a lack of imagination and skill. as you play more you may get better and try something a bit more interesting, but this is the level you play at for now. you have your fun:P

also guessing only legs can brake, so if the arm would have broke, they brake the leg. Added: arm braking would be cool, can not hold a gun

yup, they need a temp 'any time' command during alpha, and when bugs sorted, then need a knife or gun Added i normal get out of walls using Prone next to a wall then standing up (don't always work)

Been playing the No 3rd person server and feeling the tension, was in electro and cam across dead bodies and one at the fountain, making me think there was an opportunist killer (coward). So worried I was being followed , I ran into the hospital and hid behind the steps with a pistol out... After w while, someone cam running around the corner and I fired of one shot in panic and just sat there. I though they would just leave me alone as they only had an axe, but they came back and placed loot on the floor for me (wow, bravery, still had pistol out and aimed). I think they saw I was just scared, so I put my pistol away and dropped some loot for them as well (and said sorry), as I had more than I needed. (if they see this post, I was the one in the yellow raincoat and bobble hat) Magic can still happen in DayZ

well, hope you keep the hope. who wants to live in a world where everyone kills each other on site. I would be downing the medical alcohol and taking a long walk on top of a short building!

we love these threads :) To fix random KOS team p and use bait (a bambi), them kill the KOSer, good fun, my friend got a KOSers kitted rifle this way :P as a medic, i didnt like putting 5 pistol round into the ass but :P

not all will kill, but you had a gun out! saying 'i am friendly' with a gun out? if you wanna communicate, take a chance and put you gun on back. what's the worst that could have happened, nothing more than did. Added: also airfields are pretty much KOS, don't go looking for friends there

Hiya from a fellow DayZ medic :P Get a bobble hat, and you can also keep your axe in you bag to look less aggressive (yeah it takes space). I was also restrained then executed for no reason, pointless :(

I am sure you will all agree, there are far to few styles of bobble hats in Dayz and if its going to survive as a zombie post apocalypse survival game, it needs more. Maybe ones with 2 bobbles, maybe more colors, or some with LEDs and musical tunes in them, you get the idea. But on a serious note (cus this was just a bit of fun), why does a bobble hat (Zmijovka Cap) and other none stiff caps take 2 spaces in the inventory screen? when folded up in RL, no special way, kinda fast, they are about the size of a standard bean can.

You really just gotta play it as you want and know you will die fast. If killing others is not fun for you, don't do it just because others do (that happens a lot and it barrels into the frag-fest). People end up playing the game as KOSer because they feel unfairly done by, by other players who KOS them. Can only hope people will move from EZmode and start being creative. I met some idiots that where slowly getting there, was like watching a chimp with a camera before they smash it:- They saw me and had guns I surrendered They cuffed me I didn't struggle They did nothing for a while and then just shot me.

Added: To level it out for no aggressive player, there needs to be fast slap cuff (Rare), tasters (Very Rare) and such things

It ends ! not with a whimper but with a bang! Held up by 3 people that seem too paranoid to kill me, as they found me just sitting in the road (like i was bandit bait). So i use the time to look at their M4s and notice that two of the people had no ammo, the 3rd one was keeping their distance (he was the smart one). Then one force fed me fruit, so i though i gotta try and kill them. I handcuff one and turned around to shoot the smart one, yes he had ammo and the bobble hat got a bullet. If only i could have handcuffed the man with the ammo, could have killed them all :P Didn't respawn or log after death gave them time to loot :)
