I'd love to see traps implemented as well as boobytraps, all for animals and players alike. Perhaps if you find enough rope you could craft a net to snare a person, or use a shovel to dig a spiked pit. Small snare traps for rabbits and birds, or even large tripwire grenade traps for players.

ZigZagging wont lose zombies any more. Just put your items away and sprint straight as fast as possible to get away from zeds. Also use the terrain. They can get tangled up on rocks and such or you can run through a house and close the last door behind you to trap a zombie inside.

Find a road and stick by it (never run directly ON roads) until you come to a town. All towns have signs. This way, with a map, you can identify where you are. Though the town signs are in cyrilics and in game maps in English, you may want to use the online map until you get used to the town names, but its a bit of a cheat.

Go into the audio settings and make sure you have the correct device active (headphones, headset, speakers). Also check your drivers. Is the in game volume turned off?

I will never understand why people cheat, exploit, glitch, hack, etc. I would imagine it takes all the fun out of the game.

Yes still lots of bandits and KOS'ers. And melee weapons are easy to use once you get the hang of it, though can still be sketchy at times. The trick is to aim low and not to use the reticule to aim but follow the animation through to the target. Using ranged weapons on zombies will just ring the dinner bell and attract every zed within a couple kilometers to you. Keep a good supply of bandages on hand. Even the most seasoned vets in this game can get killed by zeds currently. Oh and I believe the maps differ a bit but Elektro is still where it always was. SA has lots of new towns added up north. I never played the mod, this is just my understanding.

I heard someone say they only spawn at the heli-crash sites now. I haven't found any since the last update either.

Perhaps you need to find yourself a group to play with; People with experience in the SA.

Has anyone found an ammo box since the latest update. I cant find one anywhere.

I was referring to the 300 round ammo boxes. Not magazines or boxes of ammo. sorry I wasnt more specific.

Having your weapon drawn and then going prone and rolling automatically results in throwing your weapon. My weapon got thrown and disappeared into the ground TWICE now from this. Alpha'd!

Proper banditry requires some roleplay. To claim you are a bandit when all you do is KOS people is not banditry in the least.

Cheaters of all sorts are scum whether they are dupers, hackers, glitchers, etc, they are scum. I may play the role of a villain in this game but I do it fair and square and refuse to cheat in any way, nor will I associate with cheaters.

I last died by friendly fire at my request. I was stupid and logged out in the apartments at Novo. Logging back in a few hours later I discovered I was stuck underneath the building. Trying for at least 30 minutes all attempts to escape the building were futile. A friend showed up in hopes to kill me somehow. I discovered that crouching with my back to the wall made my ass stick out enough for him to shoot me to death. Luckily enough my body fell out of the building upon my embarassing demise and I got a Cernaya Polana spawn and retrieved my gear post haste. Lost my akm trying to roll out of building. I've never played experimental and wasnt in 1st person, so it has nothing to do with that.
