I dont think we will see something like this without mod support ^^ -
I took this route several times and with this, its far to easy to get high geared in my opinion. The possible crashsites need to be tweaked. They have to be spreaded out. Better distribution.

My intention with this thread was not to share lootcycles, BUT atm its the only possibility to see a svd ingame. So I tried it out and after maybe two or three runs I found one and I felt like "mmmhh ok... its so easy to get one?" Maybe it gets harder again if many infected ar spawning at the chrashsites...

another way to get rid of the canteens is the use of a pot. You can store 2l of water in it and can use the four slots inside for food or something. The stuff inside the pot will get wet but I didnt had any problems to store some beans in it. -

The last two months I played two or three times. All in together maybe 6-8 hours. Now I´m fully geared, Platecarrier with holster, no pouches, 2 Augs with 2 Mags, one with supressor, SVD with 4mags, Gorka Jacket and Woodland Pants, Military boots with combat knive... :( to easy me think. Just planned my route so I crossed as many helichrashes as possible and thats it. -

:) Yes and no. Youre right it was the peak after .58 stable not the average playercount, sorry. But it was in August 26th, right after the patch. Not a half year ago. Two months. https://steamdb.info/app/221100/graphs/ I mean only the peaks, not average playercount.

Yes thats true :( BUT I hope that the development of the game in the next few months will increase the playerbase again. H1Z1 sold around 1.8 million copys and dayz something about 3.2 million copys. So just 8% of the owners playing right now. After the last patch the playercount increased from about 10k to 24k again, and after a week or so it decreased again heavily. Now the peak is again around 9-10k. So many people have an eye on the development, but the lack of Z´s is extremely boring after gearing up. For me it was the same. The last two months I playd nearly zero hours. But I know if Z´s back, playercontroller is integrated, new engine too, It´ll be the only game I play again.

JUST WANT .59 SO BAD. Uhmm... just needed to say that. Btw. someone can explain which branches get changed on steamdb.nfo before a experimental push? Is it always like experimentalprep >>experimental ? Or experimentalprep>>test>>experimental? Or you guys just take look in the history tab?

No I dont think so :) You can scavenge, steal or trade with other players.

Thank you sir for clearing this up for me. Especially the come back of the infected! Because of dynamic Events. Maybe AI is predictable but spawnpoints of chrashsites are predictable too and I think it would be more thrilling if you see a crashing heli and you know, maybe other players go hunting it, then farming the different spawnpoints of helicrashsites. Ps. Excuse me in advance for my Bad english skills

Hey Brian, my questions are: will there be some infected right in the first push of .59 experimental, or do they come back with the stable patch? Will those infected get the new AI and animation system implemented, like in the youtube video "Zombie Horde Test", Peter loaded up in March 2015? in the new introduced gapless animation system, will it be possible to repair a part of a car, for example the wheel, take a break, and then continue repairing at the same point where you stopped? the damage of different vehicle parts... AWESOME!!! But I hope if its implemented, a door of a V3S will take more than two or three shots with an AK before it falls apart. Am I right? are variations of dynamic events planned? I mean something like, you see a helicopter in the air flying around and then it crashes instead of just spawning somewhere? Or an abandoned survivercamp with lots of infected and maybe some civilian supply? Maybe we see some stuff like that? Later? After Beta?

you dont need feathers last build to use sharpened sticks as an arrows. So ammunition is easy to craft BUT its easier to kill a someone with bare hands then hit him with those arrows.

Why? take a knive >> cut some sticks >> sharpen five sticks >> ready to shoot. But I agree... its a real piece of shit bow!

If a Barrel is filled with water or fuel, the things you pur inside will get wet. Edit:I should read exactly. I didnt try to empty out a Barrel yet ^^ Did you try to take it in your hands? Maybe it works like the canteen?

Concerts in Electro :D how awesome. And maybe implement a portable Tapedeck to record ingame sound. For shure you need a tape (worn), tapedeck and two batteries.

ok exploit is maybe the wrong word. I dont wanna see playerbuilded sandbagnests in cherno for sniping down new spawns. Or shacks in the middle of the street between elektro and cherno to block vehicles. Stuff like this I hope wouldnt be possible because if there are clans with 5 people or more they will get the resources for those trollin actions and if its possible somebody will do it. edit: If the devs find a way to balance this I would be very happy building my own base from the scratch in the woods
