"Hi my name is, SHUT THE FUCK UP"
Wassup Im Dash, and this is bit of info on my self. I am a ghetto, brony. What a fucking contradiction right? (lol). I like to think of my self as a loyal person (I dont turn my back on my friends). I'm also very prideful (you'll have to prie my pride from me). But im not perfect, I got a temper. I also can be a prick at times. But I try to keep those flaws in check. If your ever interested in talking to me then join the Minenamic steam group, there you'll find the ip to are teamspeak. Also im'a brony and proud (not sure why?) Rainbow Dash is my favorite pony, hell I kinda took the name...partially. Sense she is my favorite I wanted to have ah name that made it recognizable to other bronies that Im a brony, and I wanted ah name that related to Rainbow's name that wasnt just her actual full name. Well it may not have been that creative but im sticken with it for good. I dont regret anything I've said or done, one way or another it changed who I was for better or worse. I only regret the good things I've done for bad people.

yea I know but some dont have the problem, im just wondering what is triggering it

I'd love to see that gun in the game, be all cowboy and go around with Magnum and Marlin lol.

So normally I dont go for the M4 because I prefer the SKS for long range (Mosin is nice but loud and only bolt action), but I decided to get a M4 while at the NEAF. I used, looked down the sights and all was good, then I found the BUIS iron sights and put it on, along with a MP hand guard. Once I did that the guard and sight both disappeared while in first person. So this is what it looks like. I think you can tell this is really annoying and I hope there is a fix or I'm getting my SKS back :P

Epoch Commando: A new series with the intention of convincing standalone players to come back to the mod.
Dashisbest replied to subhazard's topic in DayZ Mod Gallery
Orrrrrr get this...play both *gasp* omg a reasonable idea...I'm kidding, well just with the cynical remark. Honestly I don't think that'll work to well for you. The does have more and will continue to offer more for a long time (like probably 3-7 months hard to tell) but the mod lacks an actual development team that the Standalone has, modders can do a lot but with out professional level assets they cant come close to how polished the Standalone will be. But then again modder's can be a little more creative. One problem the mod has and will always have is hacker's do to its open source coding, the Standalone does have hacker's but they can be banned easier and because of steam their IP can be fallowed by the battle eye client I believe (not a 100% Sure). Also like Shagohad said above everyone in Epoch can get a really good gun, hardly fun to just get like 1 or 2 shot :P In the end the Standalone will win because of money and resources. Just how the world goes round ya know -

lol im not trying to fix Kos I do it myself, but I'm trying to point out behavior that only gets you killed because you didnt think. Its not fixing Kos you will still get shot on site but you might be able to survive that Kos if your smart and keep a level head. For example when your getting shot at out in the open dont stop and look for the shooter, keep running until you get to cover. Stay down until you actually spot the shooter, once you do that determine if he's got you pinned down, that way you know to run for more cover were he'll have to change his location. You just gotta think tactically. So please next time read a little more before calling something a bandwagon :P -

But you can learn to survive longer, I enjoy seeing how long I can go while still trying to kill other's. -

That I would consider a mistake, you made a bad decision that you didnt need to make i.e. a mistake. Now falling down stairs and zombies killing you is something you had no control over, I should have made it clearer that this is all for stuff that you have control over and your decisions change the outcome. -

Yea I feel a different way with the gear thing, its not that I worry its more that I don't mind like you when your a fresh spawn, but I dont do stupid stuff. Instead I hunt other people that are really well geared. Im kinda of a goodish bandit were I only hunt those that have a chance at killing me, if you dont have a weapon or even a melee weapon (as long as you keep your distance) I wont kill you. -
Most people hate getting killed, I don't really mind sometime's. If you feel the same way then you probably won't need to read this because you either don't care about dying or like me learn from it. Dying is useful because you get punished for your mistake's, like running around in the open. You usually pick up on that after the 5th time. Or carelessly running threw building's in Cherno as fast as possible. The point is most of the time you die for stupid mistakes, either you were careless or impatient, possibly a little of both. Then of course there are tactics, like flanking or anticipating what the enemy might do. So instead of sitting in the corner of a fence after getting shot use the cover better and never stay in one spot either. There are countless things you could do better and you probably never do everything right (I know I cant), just use common sense a little more. Don't just act like a scared animal in a trap, be unpredictable! Be smart. Now do you understand why you died hitting the ground with an axe? Shake your head like these two if you do Just so you know all the examples above I have experienced.
