Interesting topic! It think this as a solution: The more you carry, the heavier you get and less stamina you can hold + also a slower buildup of said stamina when depleted.

I, like you have played for over 300+ hours, and i can't say i have met to many of them. Actually, maybe just a handful. Recently though, i have seen an increased activity, being killed by hackers on different occasions for the past two days. Might just have been a tad unlucky there, or perhaps Elektro is a good breeding ground for them;)

Hello Community, For about two-three weeks now i have experienced logging into different servers where the door to ALL buildings have been open. Does not matter where i have been, because this has happened in all coastal cities and in different places inland. I have been to servers that i know for sure have just been reset, because the loot has not been taken and i have tried every server from 0-49 people in it. Every time it's the same, all the buildings have opens doors, making it pretty hard to actually know if someone have been there or not [besides looking for zombies] Am i just EXTREMELY unlucky, or am i missing something that has happened in recent patches? I do not play on experimental servers and have tried both 1st person and 1st/3rd person servers. I play for several hours each week, so i would think that if this was just being unlucky, i should have been able to at least experience one building without open doors.

Decided to join a new server with 37/40 people in. Spawned in a well covered location under a mountain and moments after i turn my head around from cover, some smuck jumps all around the screen while hitting me with his fists. Did not have time to do anything, not even trying to run away, There is no way in hell he could have seen my location in the first place. Guess stealth is not working that good... :D Well, that is my first and last rant. Take care all and may the hacker have several agonizing deaths in Dayz by Moose Antlers pushed up his [REDACTED]

I see, hmm that would definitely explain why the avatar were acting so strange. Guess I might just have been extreeeeeeeemely unlucky and him actually managing to find me at the right moment, which would be like finding a needle in a haystack. If he were not a hacker, then he is one lucky murderer! B)

Well, i have seen some threads about people being hacked, but this is actually the first time i have experienced it as i log in. Might be just extremely bad timing, but that would not have explained why the guy were teleporting all around. I must agree that this Moose looks quite better. I do have to point out that i merely wanted to find a moose that would have the expression on it's face of that which had just been poked with something;)

Even if i don't get to worked up about getting killed by hackers, i must admit that it is very irritating the precise moment it happens:) First of all: If I am not mistaken you are wrong in that. You only get seen when you are logging out of the server in the 30 second time frame. When you log into a server you spawn in at the same time others can see you. Secondly, there is no way in hell nobody would be where i were at the same time. I spawned with cover to my back, sides and front. It's a spot with the size of 1 diameter. But, then again, could be that UFO you mentioned :P

It is not the third person view in DayZ that is the problem, it is that we can see to far or through walls. You can even look outside a building, by using tiny gaps between the wall and door, making it stupid easy to see when people are entering!
