Nothing wrong with some practise, especially people running in the middle of the street or in an open field;)

1. Don't run in an open field. Seriously, even a non bandit might shoot you because of your stupidness. Hopefully in the future, hordes of zombies will spawn and kill you or an attack heli. Maybe both at the same time. Yes, you CAN run in an open field if you take the chance and don't complain about it on a forum post, saying how bandits killed you on sight. 2. Use the vegetation for you advantage when travelling between populated areas. You are harder to spot if well hidden. 3. Before entering villages/cities, what do you see? Any sniper's nest, any person hiding, sneaking around or doors open, but looked in the distance? 4. In a populated area, don't run in the middle of the road. It's kind of like you running in an open field, Hug the bloody walls and vegetation and use lean left/right to look inside and around buildings. 5. Don't use any color on your body that is easily seen from a mile away. This means especially the yellow raincoat;) 6. Don't run all the time, try making less sound. 7. If someone shoots at you, try figure out where the sound comes from and circle around/sidestep from the sound. 8. Try looking for voices that sound like it might come from someone eating/drinking/walking or just talking gibberish. 9. You can't be killed if you can't bee seen. 10. Don't do 1-9 , but run like an idiot, pick up stuff or die trying. Basically the two ways you can survive as a spawn: Russian roulette or taking your time making sure you are safe all the time.

Hmm, i'm curious though, do worse than pristince food make you get more hungry? I get the feeling that when i'm running on worse food, i get more hungry, than running with pristine food in my stomach.

Try be a backer for the game called Cube World. The we can talk about time between patches. Seriously, let them take all the time they need to make a good finished game. No need to rush any updates and make things worse.

Nah, you will be fine if you follow at least some of the tips. I used to got north, but then i got tired of it and wanted to meet other spawns and bandits. Right now, i think it's actually quite hard to get killed if you just pay attention to what is around you. Btw: I did not mention the water, because water don't get you shot. Also: You can run without water/food for a riducosuly looooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooong time;)

Be patient. That is about the best tip i can can give you at the moment;)

The best suggestion i can give you is this: DO THE OPPOSITE OF WHAT YoU ARE DOING RIGHT NOW!

Some days ago i decided to do a little parkour at the castle. It did not work out;)

As for an example: Today I was at Balota Airfield for the very first time. I managed to find an M4A1 and one magazine in the first military barrack i went inside. When I moved towards the hangars i got suddenly shot at by someone using a Mosin. I hugged the nearest building and started to scope the area slowly out. My heart was pounding and I felt I was in a real clusterfuck. Suddenly i hear someone saying something on VOIP, but I did not dear to answer and give up my position (i guess now that he kind of knew it anyways) + i could not grasp what he was babbling about. Some more seconds went away and suddenly i see a guy with a blue backpack closing in on me from the opposite corner. My hands trembled and my heart was raising as hell! I could not wait anymore, FUCK! I ran towards him and started shooting, missed and got angry i did not wait. He hugged his wall again. More heart pumping and sweat! I ran closer to him and emptied the rest of the clip as he dropped to the ground while firinng off a Mosin round, which thankfully missed me. Then he raised again and i got scared for a moment. But, he eventually fell to the ground again and was dead. Heart still pumping and hands shaking as i quickly look around and start checking his backpack, which btw, was FULL of magazines, a revolver and a FNXX. This game will probably give me a heart attack in the near future, but, you know what? It would be totally worth it! ;) Thank you for making this awesome game!

I totally agree with that part and on a sidenote: it was actually by watching FRANKIEonPC, that this survival genre caught my attention. Thank you FRANKIE;) Thank you for the compliment meat pie!

My bad, i forgot to put it in the story that he actually shot back at me with a Mosin round, right before he died. Edited as we speek:) He he, i have a feeling that me shooting while sidestepping saved my life when i rounded that corner:)

Maybe with some more experience i would have been able to wait for some seconds later. That said, the guy had a Mosin/scope, but only a few bullet from it and TONS for M4A1. My guess: He was trying to get my M4A1 by sweet talking me out of my corner;)
