When you connect to a server and and it says Character unable to load, resetting character, contacting administrator in red.. What do you do? If my character keeps getting deleted in this fashion I might wait b4 playing anymore dayz. It was a server I ALWAYS use.. Dont know what went wrong but.. my firend who also logged out next to me and logged in next to me lost his stuff also. BUT our other friend kept all his stuff and we were all together.... Logged in and out same time. Anybody know a fix? Please say there is something I can do to prevent this? I know its alpha but is there a preventive measure for this? If not ill just wait till they make the game playable...

No I have lots of time over the last couple weeks. (200 hrs) and I have died out of nowhere not bleeding or anything many times. ITS NOT YOUR FAULT FRIEND. I have also entered sevvers and been told in red that they couldnt load character data and they had to reset my character and they would contact admin... Thats happened twice now. I have died like you in impossible to be shot places i.e. alone on server and died instantly being fully healthy and very geared... JUST READ MY PAST THREADS!! Happened to me about 1000 times since beggining of alpha. But now its starting to tell me.. We were unable to load character. Character has been reset... Contacting Admin.. in Red then I lose everything.. Every time. PLEASE FIX!!!

Your not suppose to respawn with your weapons lol ... why would you think that? How old are you out of curiosity. You know this game is more of a mature adult game.

I know I know its alpha. But this is a first for me... I was just checking buildings and things mainly going to the top of building cause I really wanted a mosin and all of a sudden out of nowhere while inside a building I just died... Completely dead. Never got hurt at all or anything dont know wtf... 10 min after having shootout with bandit.. Wouldnt shoot untill he shot at me first.. then proceeded to killl him.. All great everything is fine fully geared looking for mosin to just put in hands.. So I see some loot so I go up to it hit tab and die. When I hit esc I can see that im OUTSIDE dead laying in the grass.. WTF? Very confusing and very sad. This happened in cherno and I will not be going to cherno anytime soon I assure you. That place is a death trap... Zombies see you while your inside a building crouched.. from 100 meters away? Dying for no reason whatsoever.. Plus its laggy as all hell.. Well anyways back to a few more days of looting to be back where I was... We are talking full cammo, ammo box full of ammo. Four 60 rnd mags, all the food you could imagine with all the attachments you know. I dont mind doing it its fun but I like to at least enjoy me gear b4 I lose it for no reason whatsoever. Point being at no fault of my own I just died out of nowhere really sucks please fix. Dont give me "its just alpha" shit idgaf.

In any video game the character should be made as if he were the strongest/smartest/fastest person alive. That way you dont get skilled people playing having the game hold them back. Instead the game lets you feel how it would be to be perfect and thats how every game should be and IS. BF4,COD,DAYZ any game ever... BTW In a real ZA.. Most survivors would be military/cops and ex military/cops. So your point is absolutely wrong is what im getting at. I dont want a character that feels more sluggish then I do in RL LOL come on people use your heads thats just making the game no fun and harder all at the same time.

I have killed sooo many server hoppers in balota its not even funny. I love to see ppl spawn in the barracks right in front of me tho. EZ HEADSHOT and they have no warning to combat log.. Makes me so happy cause what they are doing is immoral and the exact reason I KOS. I only really KOS because 90% of dayz community Hacks or CHEATS in one way or another.. Makes me sick. But its ok :D They will get whats coming to them... Probably in RL because the type of person they are. But if not surely in the game as they spawn right in front of me.

In its current state this is the FIRST Bohemia game ive gotten Decent FPS in. If by the end of it all it increased I would be super pleased. I gave up playing the Dayz Mod because of fps issues alone. Felt like 10 fps in the store in elektro.. It said I was getting 18 but it sure didnt feel like it. Arma 3 I had good fps in campain and such but anyhting multiplayer from bohemia has been a mess untill now. I hope they keep it up. AMD 965 Black Edition 4.0 GHz c3 4 GB DDR2 ~ Do your research ram speeds are a negligible stat.. (b4 I have to argue with someone) GTX 480 BF3-4 over 70 FPS at all times Avg 100, Avg for CS 200.......

I know its alpha Just reporting that EVERY person I kill disappears and I have killed a lot... I dont think its them alt + f4ing I honestly think its a bug with the server because it happens every time. Within the first 5 seconds of them dropping there body disappears. Only started after latest patch. Anyone else experiencing this?

Damn that sucks ! Oh well alpha.. But hopefully that ones fixed sooner then later.

When I say End Game not End of Game just stuff to do besides hunting people to never get bored. It would also take away from the KOS mentality if there were more endgame type of things. PvEr's and PvP'rs both usually like some good PvE endgame. Just things that have little moderate reward that take forveer to accomplish. I Deff want to see Leaderboards brought into play along with growing a beard and hopefully a lot more. Right now being fully geared I find there is little to do but explore and try to "interact' with everyone else. I know that this is alpha and much more is coming I just really want to see leaderboards and maybe some other crazy endgame type stuff. What do you think?

Stupid bug or maybe I joined wrong server but lost all my stuff. Kinda sucks but what can you do its alpha. So I respawn and am lucky enough to respawn at balota. I spawned on the left side of balota by the signs and proceeded to head my way towards the airfield. All of a sudden.. Server restart.. But! We know what that means. So I logged back into same server and started running for the airfield. I arrived on the far left building. I made my way up the stairs it was very dark so it was hard finding loot. As I'm walking around in there I start to hear what might be a faint talking. Couldnt make anything out and wasnt even sure it was because it was so faint. So I went about my business and came across a ballistic helmet. The only thing in the entire building besides a wrench :( Was it possible it was searched already? Right then I hear the voice again but this time louder still a bit faint but I can tell its a spanish gentlemen. Sounds like maybe hes talking to another guy but I cant really tell. But.. Its getting louder, and I have nothing.. Nothing but a ballistic helmet. So I hide. As I expected he walks right up the stairs after a brief moment downstairs. I pull my fists out. What else can I do he is very likely to kill me especially when he sees my helmet? But he makes a sharp u turn at the top of the stairs the oppisite of where i was. I thought about running right then but as am going for the stairs I see that he is just facing the wall/ground searching for loot. I also see he has m4, 35s slot backpack and decent clothes. I take my chance. I run over to him and start beating the shit out of him like its UFC. He cried as I punched maybe even whimpered and it was over, he was dead. I quickly grabbed everything he had without looking at the contents so much (just enough to know he had NO food, and lots of ammo) and went to the top of the stairs to wait for his friend. At this point im ready nothing can stop me now. Plenty of ammo and magazines and a high awareness. I waited stiff fingered at the top of the stairs. Nothing. Silence. I wait longer. Nothing. So I slowly make my way out of the building. I'm in the clear. Did he ever have a friend? I dont know.. You decide. What makes the story so interesting is if HE would of has the ballistic helmet. Things would have went much differently. P.S. Sorry about the lack of paraghraphs I just figured i could be lazy since I was on a game forum. That color scheme tho.

Dean bro chill out man. You have been posting and explaining yourself constantly. I know I can speak for most of the community when I say we have faith that you will get everything right and know you guys have a plan. We know its an alpha and we know your not like most of the other early access beta games and are actually going to keep building this into the best game imaginable. STAY FOCUSED keep being how you have been and dont let some of our more dumb ideas as a community over saturate the game. Absolutely love it so far and can tell if you stay on same path and stop the hackers/work on client performance this will be the dayz we all hoped and dreamed for. Concentrate on making a badass game not answering these questions that for the most part have already been answered! Keep up the good work. P.S. Please make this game more realistic again.... I shouldnt have to drink every 3 min... I shouldnt pass out after 30 minutes of running and die forever!?!? I know this is work in progress but I hope in the future I dont have to deal with repairing my base every day or having to eat EVERY 5 SECONDS REALLY? I pretty much continually eat and eat and drink and drink and still pass out. There is not enough loot to keep me alive out there I hate having to go in my inventory every 5 seconds to eat or drink something. I have spent and will continue to spend lots of money on bohemia products. I would like to say this is the first bohemia game I get decent FPS on!! Congrats on that one a little more client performance and i might actually not lag in the cities.... Dayz is my favorite game of all time.. Please make more realistic in any ways possible. ALSO p.S.
