Im not looking forward to modding ether Pilgrim. The core concept of the game is what the developers need to finish and get right before passing it off to anyone else. Why leave it up the modders to fix what shouldn't have been an issue in the first place?

Im really not sure why ppl are still trying to be heavily invested in this game. Just delete it and move on to other things. There are much much better survival games atm. Otherwise its just taking up unnecessary space on your computer. Come back when the big update hits. If its still not good enough just delete it again and move on till some one gets the damn game concept right. I thought for sure the developers said they would be working on the game long after the big .60 patch hits? That means content and other things. If not thats quite unfortunate and an honest turn off from me wanting to play.

It shouldn't be to much of a guess which one does and does not have them. There should be a physical strap where you should be able to see a row of them dangling as they run to you on the chest. Giving you time to avoid the situation if need be. Successful kills should yield a very small loot of grenades as a reward.

There should be a very small portion of military zombies that have a few active grenades strapped to there chest. Shooting one of these grenades can make them explode making head shots more of a bigger deal. Something to be more cautious of rather than unloading that lovely full auto weapon you have at everything that comes at you.

With this statement I would have to disagree with you as I own the original one in almost mint condition with box. Much like Dayz Echo was trying for a much different experience with game play. Watching it and playing it are two different things as the game does progress increasingly tougher the deeper you go in. While I enjoy hard core gore fest games it's still nice to play games like Echo and still be challenging as hell.

Not sure what you mean by that comment. Are we talking about the Dreamcast version of Echo? Or the 16 bit version and its sequel? Because the 16 bit version while maybe a slight bit more casual is still 100xs more challenging than that of Dayz itself. Dayz is actually more casual than most old retro games for the point being there are always ways to get out of every situation in that game no matter how tough it is. In almost all 8, 16, 32, and 64 bit era games the learning curve is rather steep and way more punishing. In most modern games there are pretty much almost always ways to get out of situations or ways to curve the toughness to a less intense degree. I just recently fired up my old NES today after fixing it and installing a new piece of hardware and after playing Ninja Gaiden 2 for a few hours i can safely say were pampered as fuck in terms of toughness of todays games.

And hopefully you cannot adjust the setting to take advantage of the situation.

Hopefully once .60 hits things will feel more like Dayz again. Currently atm i cant even stand to play Dayz till things change for the better and those survival mechanics we were promised start to physically make an appearance. Gearing up just does not feel rewarding atm when the opposition to stay alive is so little a problem.

Fuck i wouldn't mind if they added ones that could spit acid, have larger ones that could pick up cars and throw them at you or just simply have military ones with grenades strapped to there bodies when there running at you.

When it first launched this was the case. But have you played it within the last year or two? Its a hell of a lot better than when it first launched. Right up there with 2 in depth and what not.

I remember the fog picture they showed ether last year or the year before that. Im still hopping that that effect is coming!
