I would like to counter with an authenticity factor that there would be no zombies whatsoever in the game as well if we wanted to go for ubber realism. Its rather silly when ppl write this kind of thing off because it seems unrealistic. The fact that there are zombies at all makes it unrealistic in general. No one wrote the rule on how zombies are supposed to be except for zombie purist set in there ways on how Romeros Night Of The Living Dead or how 28 Days Latter plays out. You can STILL have minor mutations in games and variations in attacks. We already have the monkey zombie in game. Very Subtle mutations like being able to see better in dark or ones that have better hearing. Stuff like that can be gradually put in to throw players off when not fighting humans. Even a very rare few zombies with suicide grenades on there bodies in military areas to make ppl more cautious of farming hot zones would be interesting.

Its like whats next? We cant have black zombies in the game because it would be considered racist? LMAO X'D Off topic: In fact Resident Evil 5 had controversy with that which was the stupidest thing iv ever heard because it was LITERALLY based in an African country.

couldn't agree more but than you know in order to do that we might have to make some stronger mutant versions with different abilities. But its split 50/50 with ppl on that idea. Or at least the idea of getting infected should make ppl think twice before just going in full melee. Melee should always be a last resort and guns even more so in a city. If stealth is to overpowered that could be another issue as well with players easily defeating zombies. Lots of things to think about.

Also if the game in general was more realistic based there would be no loot respawns almost any gun would kill some one as long as its in a vital spot, no way to treat the wounds so on and so forth whatsoever, etc. The list can go on and on and on. Until they start adding things like a stamina bar, stagger, maybe even tripping mechanics and penalizing ppl for carrying to much. Add in a grab mechanic for infected and you got yourself a whole new animal you have to survive.

Now all we need is this type of zombie and all will be right in the world...... XD

They have been debating on changing it to head shots only for a bit now.

If it has the mind set of a wild animal after being infected than it should have no issue finding food. Naw i was referring to them attacking in general not becoming infected with biting.

I don't think they bleed out normally to be honest i think it takes direct penetration into vital parts to stop them from moving. That and im thinking if there is some kind of drug involved you can shoot ppl a few times before they die. Like the Bathsalt zombie guy.

He did say they were zombies but they are of a different type. Probably more along the lines of RAGE virus infected. HOWEVER that does not mean we cant have variety in gruesome looks. Missing eyeballs, broken noses, half eaten faces. The bodies can still be very ravaged as long as they can function to an extent i assume. And since they have a higher tolerance to pain i would assume they can live longer though damaged body parts unless it was a bullet wounds or fatal melee cuts that cant heal easily.

Doesn't mean you cant have more mangled faces and broken or missing limbs. You can still survive with mangled body parts to an extent. Just think of the guy that has no face that got mauled by a bear.

Shut up. Are you really that big of a fucking pansy? Nothing would be spared from a viral outbreak like this. NOTHING Part of the horror is shock. More age variety the better the shock factor. Its a horror game after all not just a survival one. Babies i can understand but little kids clawing at you and biting you would be very real.
