For the record its WAY WAY more conservative and BETTER than the double barrel in long gun form. I think the only advantage the double barrel has over this is being sawed off and put in your backpacks to take up less space for a better weapon. That being said this shotgun has 6 rounds and is a one shot kill on zeds regardless. Plus its far more forgiving if you miss to. allowing you to take on a horde much easier with less reloading. So this is a better gun for multiple groups coming at you.

Or even BETTER. Put in the waterproof duck tape from ARMA 3 Breaking Point and actually make it usable with raincoats otherwise duck tape is not that great against an onslaught of rain.

These are some of the spray paint colors i would eventually love to see put in the game to go on various things. Also loving some of the brighter clothing and helms popping up ever so often. As much as i like going full camo at times i would also like to be able to go wild with colors if i want. Like spraying my mosin blue or spraying a bike helmet bright orange or magenta. Same goes for construction helmets id like to be able to spray paint these as well. I know its a low priority idea at the moment but im hoping the color wheel for spray painting items gets expanded into other crazier color concepts. Also i think we NEED a way to be able to get our items back to there current original color. A paint remover of some sort should latter be an option. I hate having to go around just to find a piece of gear in its original color state sometimes. Especially if gear starts to become much much rarer to find.

I strongly believe that they are going to allow us to have more color options soon. If you read the "Tech" part of this http://forums.dayzgame.com/index.php?/topic/212671-status-report-week-of-06-oct-14/ I think allot of these colors might become more possible for items we have and thats a good thing for everyone if you ask me.

Im rather happy with both the lever action and the new pump shotgun.

Or maybe they just enjoy dark subject matter? lol I have some pretty sick shit that runs through my head sometimes but i don't go out and act like a psycho going around doing stuff. In Dayz 2017 and even in Arma 3 Breaking point you do have the option to cut players up and eat there meat. That and zombies as well. Naw man you could do that in other mod zombie versions and it never destroyed the atmosphere maybe made it grittier but not everyone would go around doing it.

Or maybe randomize the starting loot players start out with. Doesn't have to be a weapon but could be like a ammo box (random civilian type), compass, flare, whatever. Some food for thought.

Yes to a degree i think it should never be drawn. Be advised it took a long time for movies to hit this kind of territory with things. The video game entertainment industry is still very young. So i would expect it to take quite a bit longer before specific barriers are broken.

No but i question the fact that there would be no infected ranging form various ages. Ppl want realism but they don't want the darker subjects that come from it. Its rather silly to have any kind of zombie apocalypse with no range of age. Because you know viruses attack without discrimination of age, gender or race. Thats just the cold hard facts of something like that. Regardless of your morals you have to admit as taboo as it maybe in the back of your mind that if this would happen and had anything less would be unrealistic in most cases. And besides ppl seem to have double standards. They have no issues with slaughtering an old man yet raise pitchforks about the other? Common theres some problems with you guys if you think killing old ppl is acceptable in a game lol. You guys also forget your just slaughtering pixels not actual ppl. The way some of you get unnerved by this makes me question some of your own sanity issues. If a game like this is to much for some of you there are much much more tame games available in the market place. And i don't think horror is up some of your guys ally.

Im struggling to find a decent spray paint color besides fucking black and green. That is MY Dayz struggle so far. XD Also i don't really have to go far to see what a fallen town or city can look like. lol

Yeah im looking forward to the lever action rifle. The 357 ammo weapons are sorely lacking right now. But im more excited for the pump action shotgun to be honest.

No just make the colors rare and that solves allot of the issues really. Gives something for ppl to hunt besides chopper crashes all day. And some of the normal none brighter versions of the colors could be rare as well.

Heres a good example for you guys. In Star Wars for the Republic commando on the left his paint was literally the blood of enemies.

Theres a static police car that i can normally find them at allot of times up past the Northwest airfield.

Press Vest, Stab Vest, Tactical Vest, Combat Knife, Hunting knife, and Amphibia S.

The MP5K can be easily found. AK101s the same way. Its the Rak thats tough to find as well as chickens and tents.

I don't expect a tone of different colors but some primary colors would be nice and maybe some rarer ones really. But idk i just get super tired of looking and green and black spray paint in game all damn day.

Not really it all depends on what country you live in. Here i can find EVERY single kind of spray paint color i need under the sun since i live in a city. Hell i can even find some of the rarer metallic spray paint colors outside of just silver and gold which are more common here. Like metallic reds, blues, greens, etc. But in this area of the game, yes i would expect some colors to be rarer but basic primary including pink should be more common. Now NEON spray paint colors. Thats a different story as neon anything is quite a bit rarer.

Ppl should not have to downgrade there items just to play a certain way. It should be as open ended as ppl want them to be. You forget its NOT only in civil wars. You have gangs especially here in America that use colors for turf wars. So it can be interpreted in many different ways. Where do you live? Depending on your area i guess i could understand that but places in America have VAST assortment of both normal colored and VERY bright colored clothing for ppl to choose from. Now just because you like wearing something bright orange does not classify you as crazy or something with flames or whatever. It all depends upon the person in general its not just defined by the clothing style.

Or a blend of the two would be nice. Id personally love to change some of the colors of the military helms. Gorka E helmet into silver or bright red with a health cross. Pilot helmet bright banana yellow or silver. Standard lvl 3 protection helms into gold, pink, greens, blues, etc.

You forgot that they are crimson red to. LOL i think we should change it to black because the color is out of place in this game and is immersion breaking.

Having color would not detract from the feel of the game. You ether choose to use things or you dont. Its your choose as it should be in a sandbox situation like we are playing. Not everyone wants to look like military or hunting experts all the time. In fact where the hell are the BRIGHT orange hunting vest at? lol I mean even in hunting there is bright clothing used at times which is a complete option for some hunters to use. In fact the sad thing is the only REASON why allot of ppl are wearing most of the military/hunting gear is for max capacity with carrying items is some cases. If other clothing and gear with different colors had this option like allot of the military gear it wouldn't feel so constricting on players choice in some cases.

Not to mention if you have to drop your gun in grass and have no choice. GOOD LUCK WITH THAT if its camo painted lol.

How does this hinder your game play or threaten you in real life in any way? How the fuck does adding colors that YOU don't have to choose to wear at all upset the core game play for many others?
