Well all items could be repaired even though i agree with you on the bullet proof vest im sure that could be repaired as well by some means. Maybe for those kinds of armor related items a rare synthetic crafting repair material can be applied to restore a small % of the items condition.

Yeah cause things like glasses, and normal trucker/hunter hats get destroyed WAY WAY to fast if you have to go into melee combat. Also it was an anti stab melee vest. Im pretty sure that could be repaired at least.

It was just REALLY frustrating finding my first anti stab vest and having to throw the damn thing away after one fight with 3 zombies. And each one only hit me once to lol. At least the item was doing its job but the wear and tear was to much on it for one fight.

I dont like it when they attack me cause they have a BIG chance to degrade gear as well. Especially on rare items. Its best to take them out with ranged quick or run if you have to.

well try specific buildings to like fire departments, garages, the two floor houses with pianos, schools on the top of the third floor. ALL of these have chance to drop speed loaders and other augments.

I wouldnt consider third person an issue its a feature and its more than welcome with me. Im from the Resident Evil era after all of 3rd person. Its what really got me into zombie stuff.

I dont know i can still turn up the gama and see everything so i must be doing something right lol. Also i wouldnt play this game if they forced players to play in the dark without some kind of settings adjustments. I dont feel like playing in the dark all freaking day long no matter how realistic ppl want it to be.

Just turn up your gamma problem solved. I can see every zombie on the screen without having to shine a light once.

Not when almost ALL your gear is fucking pristine after hours of looking.

I honestly do think allot of the ppl that play this are around 12 years old though. Seriously its so damn frustrating farming for hours finding things that may be hard to get and being careful just to get KOSed by some lucky bastard with an M4. I even tried some interaction and was met with shots rather than trying to start any kind of human interaction.

It will get boring without military weapons, gear and attachments trust me.

Melee will NEVER have the advantage that a ranged weapon will have though. To be honest the only way its going to balance is if a large character wipe on everyone hording gear and weapons gets done to balance out the weapon mismatching and overpoweredness some of the guns bring. Because even though some characters are getting wiped consistently there are others that have been able to keep there stuff since start if they play smart.

You must not be running into the scum campers i am than. Called out to a guy in a watch tower to see if anyone was there get shot without even any interaction.

You know i tried to be a gentle man and call out to some guy inside the watch tower building instead i get met by gun fire from some odd position i couldnt even see the guy. Some ppl are REALLY fucking terrible in this game.

Thats why they need an extra weapon strap you can use to carry both without holding one in your arm all the time.

Keep it long barreled though its got some pretty good range and the ammo is more readily available than the mosin ammo. Mosin ammo has become very scarce.

Yeah i was thinking about the blue helmet as well. Well since we already have revolvers and M4s in game i would assume something like this had to happen since theres like half western and half Russian guns atm. Yeah i was even thinking about stuff like waterproof acrylic paints. If you have ever left any on pants for a long time they DO dye and stain clothing lol.

Iv been finding them in school houses. Who the fuck puts an M4 in a school house with children? I swear the Russians got there child safety backwards lmao.

School houses, fire stations and sometimes the 2 story houses with the pianos.

Iv also found some yellow work boots to haha. Im still looking but theres allot of different types of new shoe colors which is good. Jungle boots got some love to with color.

Oh ok cool cool. I just got a quick glimps of them i didnt want to stay around long for some one to find me browsing.Game keeps you on edge even in low pop servers. But yeah matching helm and vest and pants would be great though. I dont care if i look like a damn loon its not like i play on super high pop servers anyways. Which allot of BRIGHT colored gear might be really good for clans and banditry to that want to use them. I see lots of possibilities for use.

Well its pretty much the same with the 7. whatever rounds. No guns in game yet to even consider using them yet.

They DID have the green shotgun rounds in game but i think they took them out for this patch iv only been able to find the red versions. I wanted to test out the slug types to see what the 2 types of ammo did.
