Yeah normal shotgun is great but the sawed off needs WAY more tweaking from the developers. Currently you cannot find the green slugs since patch. Iv only been able to find the red ones.

You need to go to lower pop servers with about 4 ppl you can find all kinds of stuff. Just gotta be careful still.

Yeah there is still good loot but it IS a little more difficult to find things like the mosin and a good AR now. It takes quite a bit of hunting to find them now. Pistols and shotguns are plenty atm. Finding worn or pristine loadouts to use is MUCH MUCH harder though now. Which is ok in fact i found a pristine anti stab vest after i scared off a survivor near a train depot.

It would be a no brainer to shorten the days so ppl can see more of things as well as speed up weather effects. I think iv only seen the damn rain like.....ONCE the whole time iv been playing >.>

Rare mini guns, flame throwers both military grade and home made, Molotov cocktails, Sig Sauer 556 and pistol types, Riot shields both home made and police, police batons, police officer matching uniforms and hats, swat gear and helmets, bows and crossbows both found and man made, More military helmet types and gear, Night vision both civilian swat and military,laser attachments for pistols ARs and rifles, more shotgun variety, hunting rifles military rifles and police/swat rifles. Man my list can go on forever lol

I definitely want to see this happen. I find it frustrating when i come across a rare item and it gets trashed in 2 or three hits. Ill give you a good example of one. Came across an Anti Stab Vest and i was so excited because i rarely see them. within 3 zombie attacks my damn vest had reached red. And i know allot of you guys are gonna tell me just to hop servers and that its easy to find but thats not the point. Staying on servers for long times to find rare items needs to be able to be repaired. Whether its a piece of armor or a gun itself. I just feel like there needs to be ways which im sure will be, put in to repair rewards that take a long time to find. So things like screw drivers and wrenches for guns and metal armor like combat vest and ballistic helmet. Latter probably be able to repair vehicles with them as well id assume. Hopefully those cleaning kits are used to restore weapon condition at least thats what allot of us are assuming once the degrade bug is gone. Maybe latter put in a blow torch for crafting and repairing things too. For clothing i would assume something like a rare sewing kit for gear or like needle and thread you can find to craft and repair normal clothing and hats with. Maybe tearing cloth and patching other clothing with them. Stuff like that. Being able to craft your own threads stuff like that. What do you guys think? I know its just alpha right now so everything is just going through wear and tear trial and error right now. But i would like to see things like this for armor and clothing eventually too.

LOL well there would definitely be downsides to every gun ammunition cost could be a big one for this type. Flame throws would be really cool to. Especially the military grade ones. Id like to see a rare military grade mini gun in game you can obtain. Downside to wearing it would be it takes up backpack space and ammo is rare.

If they bind ppl to servers than loot needs to be more plentiful period to reduce KOSing. Otherwise no one will want to play the game properly. iv seen games decrease loot and it just goes to shit until things are raised up in terms of spawns.

Personally i look forward to more guns period. I could care less about weapon extinction as long as they dont make decent weapons hard to find and long term players that know how to get around everything impossible to kill because of weapons shortages.

You were probably shot from some one far away with a long ranged scope on a mosin its got some crazy extended range with it however the person has to be extremely experienced to snipe some one that far. Its possible it was a hacker i ran into some odd stuff in the the last few weeks of this game being released.

I only play with gamma turned up to hunt for gear easier to avoid the KOS nuts. I was using the flashlight as intended for awhile but ppl were spotting me even in pitch black and on the ground hiding so i just got tired of giving myself away. I believe if the night setting was set a little lighter ppl would enjoy the game more despite the ppl that want hard core shit like this. But seriously i think shorter night cycles might want to be considered its clear enough a large majority of players prefer daylight over night.

Why not an advanced blacksmithing? To be honest this would add TONES of depth to both medium and end game scenes for players to do. This could be something really deep, complex and fun for survival.

I would love if we can craft our own guns if we find blacksmith tools of some type. In fact i know they have something like this in 7 Days To Die atm with forging where you mine for clay take apart weapons when you find them, take a piece of the weapon and make a mold with the clay around it, than finally take the mold put it in the forge to create the weapon piece and once you do this with every piece you can create an exact copy of the weapon in full condition. Same with bullet molds to. I would like to see something like this but with more crafting options like being able to adjust barrel length on guns, choose different stock types whether its a plastic butt stock or one made out of all wood, choose what kind of ammo feed it takes and whatever else your heart can come up with. Mind you if you create stuff thats to outlandish the weapon can do anything from overheat to explode in your hands when you fire the weapon. Some kind of weapon crafting system like this would be AMAZING.

Im just angry it took so long to find one vest just to have it destroyed in three hits. I just think the more ppl get on board with these ideas for item repairs and creativity with how things are repaired the more likely we will see it develop in game. And yeah duct tap is VERY underused as an item currently. Duct Tap is VERY versatile and can be used in many MANY many ways.

This is where things like DUCT TAPE would come in hand. You could wrap your fist in these as well as wrist and arms thick enough to form a kind of arm guard when fighting the undead infected. Think about it. They would have a harder time chewing through to your flesh when your wrapped thick with that stuff.

Dont forget the bike helms are really good for this as well.

YUSH! Also wrapping enough duct tap around your hands and wrist to act as a kind of temporary armor padding to protect against zombies biting and infecting you with there teeth when in melee combat.

To be honest i can live with that idea i just want items to last longer. Currently right now the wear and tear is a little unrealistic in some aspects.

To be honest its sounds good but i definitely DO NOT want it to become overpowering and to be the primary focus.
