I would disagree with this statement to an extent. The genre is providing some good games. Not every developer is out to make a quick buck and there are some very good quality games being developed right now that ppl are sticking with.

I really think we might be getting some kind of tank. If not maybe a gunless tank like in Dayz Origins? A junker tank so to speak.

I actually agree. When I thought about it I was thinking "DAMN, robots would be really awesome to fight against....." XD

7 Days To Die feels more like what a zombie survival sim should be at the moment so your best bet is that. Not every patch is the best but they are improving allot with each one and the game gets better. At least for me in single player. I'm hopping the developers in Dayz can push out the infected more fluid and interesting in behavior patterns than they have been in the past. I don't mind waiting if it takes longer to improve on this but ill be playing more other games in the mean time so I don't get burnt out. Having no zeds in the game hardly at all right now just shows how flavorless it could be. Diseases I'm hopping get pushed out soon to. Were getting closer and closer to beta and iv seen very little signs of serious infections yet outside of food poisoning and hypothermia.

Now imagine if you could blow a persons head off into bloodied chunks up close with a shotgun point blank. Would make that experience 100xs better. Or hitting some one in the knees with a sledge hammer and watching there bones break and they scream crawling on the floor trying to escape with very little success. Or getting into a knife fight and having various parts of your body cut and those specific cut areas will bleed heavier than others depending on how sever the wound is. Or that you can no longer see 100% in front of you due to a fight leaving one of your eyes blind. Of coarse these can all be very complex and time consuming wound concepts to try and put in but still. I'm still waiting on that whole limping thing from broken legs. Legs just don't magically get better when you put a splint on them. That kind of damage takes allot of time to heal. : /

Hopefully this game gets out of the rut of being an apocalyptic bore fest and turns into what it is supposed to be which is a blood bath. As it stands right now i cant play more than 2 or 3 hours without completely being board shitless out of my mind. All there is right now is PVP and that in itself is pretty dull. An AK round should tear some one to pieces if shot enough time. The bullet wounds, stabbings and blunt trama melee are way to clean right now.

Wheelbarrow or some kind of sled system you push to take away stress on your body. For carrying extremely heavy items over long distance anyways. Kind of like the log sleds you can craft in The Forest.

Carrying a truck tire in your backpack should be impossible and the penalties for carrying one should be huge if by hand including possibly breaking your back or spraining an ankle walking.

Regardless of what it stands for this update shows ppl how boring this game can be without the inclusion of zombies. So yeah Day ZERO as you like to call it is pretty fucking boring at the moment. Hopefully the developers can get the issues fixed with the infected because the lack of has me really worried especially if they cant pull off huge numbers like what was originally planned. And ppl don't give a shit about the lore of the titles name its like every jackass that tries to correct ppls terminology about the difference between clips and magazines for guns. Personally I could give two shits about the correct terminology lol.

I'm pretty sure he will sleep fine even if you deprave your self of nutrients over a video game. Getting upset and physically harming yourself to the point of a medical condition is not the smartest way to do things.

Interested to see what they put in this one considering they feel its close to launch for stable.

I was just naming some stuff off the top of my head. I'm not a super gun enthusiast lol.

No I don't expect every weapon to be sniper quality what I mean is there just needs to be more variety in general with everything. There are still uzis and plenty of other weapons that can be put in regardless of need or want. I actually expect a few more assault rifles and bullpup variety weapons before everything is all said and done. It doesn't matter if it uses the same rounds it can just be different skins of various weapon types. There is still the lack of the M16 or AR 15 as well. And id like to see a full automatic Glock pistol before everything is over that can be a rare pistol. But back on track to the semi automatic rifles allot of these varieties are quite appealing.

Im up for any rifles that add variety to the game so you get my vote on this one. So what if there are rifles similar to other ones or it might be a gun not found in a post soviet country? Again more variety the better. Offtopic: I just think developers need to add some common military weapons that ARN'T rifles or pistols and that ARN'T strictly Russian based that I don't have to hunt at damn helicopter crash sites for.

Found some USMC pants at a helicopter crash site the other day. Really awesome they put those pants in. Are they in the stable build or is this something brand new they added?
