To be honest I would prefer a bicycle over a damn helicopter and military vehicle any day. And its not because of traversing the map in any shorter amount of time its that its much easier to fix than most vehicles you will find on the market in the real world today. As long as your carrying the right bicycles tools and maybe a backup spare tire tube, mini bike pump, etc your good to go for many miles. And bicycles are the way to go for silent travel unlike a car or plane.

That's only going to be feature complete for some ppl. Ppl like me will call it feature complete once we see how the new infected are going to work in action and if they can do so successfully with entire mobs of them.

I just hope razors for shaving beards become available. Oh even a barber blade could be put in to double as a short range melee weapon to! lol

Iv visited the place and I do believe this might be what was talked about. It seems like the perfect area in the north for a high end military compound. You know away from prying eyes and such. It seems like it could be REALLY big to. Much bigger than anything we have currently seen in game.

Im more excited for a "Rocket Zombie" running around screaming "ITS ALPHA BITCH!" as he bites your face off. XD

So I decided to play on a Dayz mod sever for awhile today. Things were going fine until right around Cherno I ran into a guy trying to loot shit in my pack. Got away from him but some how he managed to find me again. Got tired of him trying to loot my gear so i fired a few rounds from my pistol. Ran after him for a bit. Lost him in a forested area but i really didnt feel like pvping so i decided to head out of the city and into the woods. Half way atop a mountain in the forest my 1866 rifle SUDDENLY turns into a military LMG. Not sure if some one was hacking my character or what but i got the hell out of the server ASAP. I dont need ppl screwing around with my gameplay experiance like that. Especially not with magical weapon swaps. I was quite happy with my 1866 rifle. : /

The funny thing was I was using the Dayzlauncher when I found the damn server that did that to me. I just gotta be careful I guess. But it really sucks when you put a tone of time into your character for something extremely bizarre like that to happen instantly just destroying the mood of the game.

I didn't want to call hack right away on it I was just extremely confused and cautious. Id rather work for my gear than just have things magically handed to me in that cheap of a fashion. And I prefer the 1866 anyways. LMG ammo is very hard to find and often times attracts more zeds than I want. 1866 is a good hunting gun and a good gun to get out of a jam quick. Especially with how generous the ammo is per box. Also LMG ammo takes up allot of space.

Well I play the game and I do read about the updates its just solid pvp I have no interest in but I pretty much test like everyone else. Its just everyone needs a break ever so often and that would be the case with some ppl at the moment. Also you cant expect everyone to remember to check the boards 24/7. Not the case with some things but I was pretty much in the same boat with you on rerelease of zombie info almost. Your going to have to crusade that approach pretty hard to the mass amount of ppl that bought it though. Not everyone will be understanding no matter how clear you make it to them.

Hun, as far as I know the zombies are not in the game at the moment. I think there are some VERY rarely populated in the far northern area but atm they are not in. They wont be in until .59 patch at the most. Hopefully with those updated graphics and glitch fixes. Trust me when I say I want them back in and in greater numbers as much as you do. So ether play some of the Arma 3 mods which are just as good at the moment, Arma 2 Dayz mods are also fun, or play any of the other zombie related games that could hold you over. Dying Light, 7 Days to Die, The Forest (Not zombies but still fun as hell), Project Zomboid, Zombi, etc.

Sounds like real life to me. Not everything in an apocalypse would be fast paced. Imagine if you lived in a fallout shelter for long periods of time. Youd basically be doing less than what you could do if it rains lol.

This is what I would love to see as well. Fully customizable character designs. Heck even ones with flaws to make them physically not perfect. Deformations in the face, eyes, nose, limbs/no limbs etc. Could you imagine how much more tougher and iron willed you'd have to be in order to be crippled and ACTUALLY survive and make a living in an apocalypse scenario?

Candy Land, its much safer and the zombies have gumdrop teeth that cant break your skin.

I rarely ever go to Cherno.Not as profitable loot wise except for finding basic gear.

That's some pretty interesting and cool stuff in those videos you showed me. Thanks for the links I found them very informative. Looks like I'm sticking with 9mm pistols seem like a good starter hand gun.

Whats the damage on the SVD even like? It would suck to get the gun just to find out a civilian gun can still outclass it.

Well we already have land mines so a Rare RPG would be fine I think to counter balance tanks. But if we have tanks might as well put in guns that can take Lapua armor piercing ammo to.

I never said anything about it being a good game right now without zeds.
